Nope. I disagree. The three were only given powers to end the dark forest war. But if tigerstar was good he would’ve never took control of the dark forest and started a cat- hell war in the first place, so the three would have nothing to save.
Rusty would have still gone to the forest. Maybe not become leader but still. It wasnt the prochechy who made him come. He wanted too. But he did have strange dreams an all. But it was his own will!
I think the he would have still came to the forest because of the prophecy, because in the 4th series he saves all the clans from the dark forest, by killing Tigerstar.

I don’t mean to criticize, but swiftpaw and brightheart would most likely not become mates because they are related, and you missed a lot of important details involving brokenstar, for example (spoiler) The kidnapping of the kits, who would probably have died then, and brokenstar’s death (Once again, I don’t mean to be rude) :)
You missed something: Whitestorm wouldn't have died. Whitestorm died during the battle with BloodClan ,killed by their warriors. If Tigerstar wasn't evil,BloodClan wouldnt have come to the forest,and would never have been able to kill Whitestorm. Also,another thing is Scourge (may) have never became evil because he became evil to prove he wasnt weak after his encounter with Tigerpaw,who almost killed him. I also doubt WindClan wouldve starved because Greystripe went too. Considering Ravenpaw never had to leave,Bluestar could easily have sent two other cats,like Greystripe and Ravenpaw.
Actually Cloudtail and Brightheart liked each other as apprentices swiftpaw and brightpaw just fought the dogs together because the other apprentices thought it was too dangerous or smth
