"The Source currently evaluate to an error" this is the message I got when I try to use the "INDIRECT" Function for the drop down. However one of the drop down returns for me but the other does not

It appears when the Origin cell, in this case the countries, has nothing selected. First you need to select something from the origin and then apply the formula to the dependent cell.
@@diobelys1992 I keep getting "a named range specified cannot be found" after doing =INDIRECT +...??? searched the internet couldn't understand anything

Hi. Either your first drop down is empty before adding indirect formula or your table has multiple names, go to table names, check there might be 2 names redirecting you to same table. Get these resolved, it'll work perfectly. Subscribe to my channel for more tips n tricks 😊
Hi, Do check if the table names have some special characters. Only 'underscores' are allowed. I faced the same error since one of my table name had a '/' in it. I replaced it with '_' and problem solved.
All formula is working based on your video but while I am putting formula for indirect it show error of the source currently evaluates to an error

While creating the name range for the columns with different number of values in each column you could face with an error. The workaround is to select the columns one by one and name them based on the top row. this is the solution.
