Try using ultra thin CA glue. Pack the gaps between the rocks you are trying to bond with the powder then dribble in the thin CA glue. You will be amazed at the strength of the joint. You can also use the accelerator to speed the cure. This powder is so much more than what you are using it for.

Mark, try using the rock powder with watery superglue, not superglue gel. Place two Marco rocks against each other, tip rock powder on the area they touch each other. Pour watery superglue over the powder to soak into the rock powder and repeat until enough joins the rocks to form a strong bond. You'll love the results. The rocks will break before the joint does.

Seems superfluous whenever breaking up rock to make the scape a lot of dust/crumbs is made naturally and you can grind some down as needed... maybe for a giant build to save time/effort or the 3D print as mentioned?

Get yourself a squirt bottle like they use for ketchup. It's easier to direct the powder where you need it.
