Well with Vader you can dodge towards your enemy during the choke animtion and swing at them just like in the frametrap. Does even more dmg than the standard combo

Yeah, I've tried that before and people call it a frame trap when it isn't, so I just stay away from it.

Vader has a one combo kill. Jump attack, saber throw, choke when they get staggered by the saber throw, activate Focused rage, 2 hits

I have seen that before and I was tempted to do it, but I feel like it's quite inconsistent and enemy will usually dodged away before you get the saber throw/choke. When I said the "best" combo, I didn't necessarily mean the combo that dealt the most damage. I meant the combo that would be the most effective in a duel. idk about you but I've never pulled the one shot combo off on a high level.

@@Xenithu I don’t think a hookswing into lightning stun is effective in a duel I mean anyone smart would turn their camera or dodge

i always have the hardest times with those grievous hops, i either end up jumping too high, or barely even jumping at all, sucks cuz i’m tryna be good with grievous 😭, thanks for these tho

With the kylo combo its better to get 2 basic attacks then frenzy

Depends, because with the bloodlust star card that would still do the same amount of damage, but frenzying after gives them opportunity to dodge the third one.

I found the best way to frame trap as vader, basically you choke and hit them twice, then you let the choke continue and once it drops them you hit them 2 more times

Yeah that's what I do, or you can hit twice and then immediately do the next hits to make it like a combo.

@@Xenithu I just do 2 hits then 2 more hits once it drops them, because if you hit them a third time it drops them automatically and they don't fall and they can block

You have to hold the block button in between jump attacks

Yeah, pretty much just do a double grievous bunny hop with Vader. If you swing to late or early on the last one it will cancel the jump attack though

If you have a spare controller, go into arcade and practice them in split screen (against your self)

Maul should be updated, best is parry into saber throw, frame trap and two hits

True, the extra parry would deal more, but when you say frame trap does that require the enemy to swing? Because I feel that would be quite inconsistent to land given the enemy would most likely dodge away after the parry saber throw.
