Hello. Maybe it is an old bad serie. I hope Salmo solved this problem. I just bought some Salmo Thrill 7 cms and hope I'll fish some big aspes with in France. Thanks for your nice videos and your advice.
Hey mate. I hope that I’m wrong, but all my old models are fine even now, after plenty of time and fish. Instead, all the new models have this problem. Really hope that they will fix this issue ... I use Salmo lures for years and hope to use them in the future too because they are really good. Cheers man 🤘🍻

I think the new solution at salmo is to use stretch foil. It's ok till it get a dent somwhere. Then water gets in and big chunks will go loose.
Regarding the refurbishment of the old and damaged thrills, the great and truth thing is that fishes don't apreciate as much as the fishermens complex paterns on lures. If they had what it takes, a few points of interest, it's all that it takes. The rest lays in the hands and brain of who are controling them. That's why advertising a certain lure, by a professional will not mean that you will catch fishes guaranteed.
Great video. I hope you will do more like this, for different simple solutions that you are appliyng in your passion.

@@AnEm_Fishing but you know they have been taken by the british Fox. So I guess they probably wanted to make production rentable. It's just a guess, but educated from what I saw on other industries.

GRANDE ! Lavoro veramente stupendo ! Hai ridato pieno vigore ai SalmonThrill con nuove colorazioni naturali e crazy . Mi domandavo come mai si possano sfogliare cosi facilmente...forse l'uso in acqua salmastra ? Comunque sono convinto che adesso ti dureranno molto di più !
Grazie mille. Secondo me si sfogliano così perché durante la fase di creazione qualcosa non fanno bene o qualche materiale non aderisce alla base bianca della esca. Ciao ciao 🍻👍

Complete guide of an angler. I was about to say dont buy new Salmos, new Fox colours are terrible, too bright and I think they changed density on some of their ranges like Salmo Hornet 3. Now I feel less stupid watching your vid.
Thanks a lot man. Yeah, the quality of the Salmo lures went down in the last few years. I still have plenty of old Salmo, some of them have caught PLENTY of fish and most of them looks much better than some others that have just a few months and much less fish. I really don't know what to say ... just that I'm sorry about this thing and somehow I hope that they will return back as they were before (even though I know that they will never do that). Cheers man ...
At the next renewing try to paint all black version with eyes.

Ciao e grazie. Si, dopo la resinatura gli appendo e lascio asciuga per almeno 24 ore prima della seconda mano (quando la metto) o almeno 3 giorni prima del utilizzo. Ciao ciao ...

Di solito do due mani, una mano lo appendo con la testa in giù mentre la seconda al contrario. Con i lipless crank devi fare un aggancio un po’ particolare e appendere un peso in coda per far fare la goccia in coda ... anche se delle volte conviene fare la goccia in testa che così resiste di più pescando con fondo duro. Ciao ciao ...

Purtroppo è un problema comune delle esche salmo. Tanto efficaci quanto delicate nella vernice. Ho trovato un jerk da lucci qualche mese fa...stesso problema, un pezzo di verniciatura era saltata 😐. Mi chiedo se sia il caso di passare del trasparente per preservarli meglio quando li si compra. Certo che mettersi li a fare una cosa che avrebbe dovuto fare il costruttore mi sembra un controsenso.
Ciao. Secondo me anche se metti una mano, due o tre, di resina sopra non si risolve il problema. Sempre secondo me, penso che la vernice o lo stampato che mettono sull’ grezzo non aderisce bene alla superficie ... e per questo che si sfogliano così facilmente. Ciao ciao 🤘🍻

Hahahahaha ... ziceam de atins corpul nălucii. Dacă te uiți, după ce am acoperit barbetele tineam naluca de barbeta. Mi se pare ca pierd din simțuri când am mănușa aia pe mâna și am de-a face cu detalii. Salutari 👍
