@@edwardcricchio6106 It depends. What you start with, how much work you do to it, what you put into it and how popular what you are working to start with.
What do you start with. You want to start with something that has the least amount of work on it as possible and needing mostly cosmetic work if possible. And then having as much rust based repair work as possible.
How much work you put into. There is a cut off point where to start. If it is within five points of repair and has as little as rust as possible, (Unless it is in a place that you can't avoid it like the Rocker Pannels in Square body Chevies.)
Popularity of the car/truck. This is based on what is the most popular of each vehicle for sale. It would ba lot harder to sell a Coronet, than Challenger or Charger. A Pinto over Mustang.

@@user-xf2my3hq8x All valid points. I spoke with Steve Magnante from Junk Yard Gold about the whole process and he echoed similar sentiments. He did say to do it on a television show is nearly impossible because many shops do not want to be involved with restoration and many issues always arise with production costs and so on. But, I guess if someone has the skills and a lot of free time, it would be a real kick to see a junkyard discarded car returned to glory. Perhaps a father who wants to give his 17 year old daughter a restored Camaro or Mustang and isn't concerned about making a profit on selling the restored vehicle. I think that would make for a very interesting video

I'm amazed with all the CZcams channels that show these auctions of cars from the 40's, 50's and later. Clearly old timers collected (hoarded) and saved these old cars from so many decades ago. They then passed on and the auction folks show up. What I haven't understood is who has interest in saving and driving these old cars from say the 40's and 50's? I never see cars from that era on the road doing a Sunday drive. The people who had emotional connections to them from their youth have passed on or, are really old. So, there can't be much value in them these days and most sell for scrap prices I'd imagine. I think we all like and appreciate seeing these really old cars from so long ago but how many of us would really want one in the garage. With that said, I'm glad people are saving them.

This was very entertaining to watch, seeing two fellas walking around looking at old cars that they didn't know what year or model they were. It's very dangerous to buy cars that you don't know what your getting yourself into .. but I admit that I don't know anything about Broncos, they all look the same to me, so I wouldn't know if it's worth any big money or not like some of them are, but pretty sure most of them that are worth big money never started off as rat infested rust buckets. But keep up the great work guys, I like what you're doing and wish you much success❤

That's AWESOME! You guys said (Lets pray for rain) and Boop. LOL. God bless you!! Both of these vehicles are very valuable if in great condition. However with the condition they're in now oh man do the guys have their work cut out for them. Unless they just tryt to fli them right off for what they paid or close etc. The Christine Fury is something you can't easily find especially the two door which is what was in the movie I believe. But I don't know if this one is the exact year or one year off etc. Because if it's even one year off it massively effects the value to buyers of course. They're looking for a replica or something tribute. Mind you they got it for cheap enough that I don't think they can go too wrong really. Now the bronco well I guess we'll just have to wait and see. If they even video it or do anything with it. I'm still waiting for something on the Delorean. LOL.

My parents had a '57 Plymouth Plaza. Banana yellow. I always hit my head on the fins. Threw the cigarette lighter out the window when I was five years old. Didn't like the smoking. Never got in trouble over that. Blessings.

Friend of mine has a real clean fury like that just sitting in his shop. Was restored years ago and never fired up.

Thought you would have grabbed the Plymouth Plaza for parts for the Fury, it had the grill and headlight at minimum.
