Gotta fix that squat form my boy, try not to focus so much on the down motion. Most beginners do that and hurt their backs, what you should do is push your glutes back and you’ll naturally start to go lower and just follow that motion the rest of the way down. Might look a little ayeo but at least you won’t hurt yourself if you add weight to the workout
