imo conq is always better since it just outscales pta past lv6 onwards so imo its always better to take it

Looking for some help, how do you face against artillery mages with kled? played against a smurfing Velkoz earlier today and I couldnt touch him at all, he just endlessly poked from outside Q and E range not even farming to let the lane push, and ran for it if I even looked his direction. If I roamed or got poked out he would rapidpush the wave and take plates. I should have brought flash, but I thought id be facing the sett player and not the lvl 30 velkoz.
Is the bruiser build any good
imo its kinda meh atm since theres to much %max hp dmg in the game and it just feels better to play for burst
