Cartoon Network Commercials (mostly February 2009)

- Welcome! You Are Here! Cause that's exactly what these commercials come from. If you don't know, that's a programming block that ran from 2008-2010 on Cartoon Network which would hype up your Friday nights. Shows like Ben 10: Alien Force, The Secret Saturdays, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars would premiere new episodes on the block. Speaking of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, that's where these commercials aired during and in-between. Several (if not all of them) were premiere episodes also so that's a thumbs up. Mostly these were recorded in February of 2009, but you may or may not see some from the Spring/Summer of '09 too. Either way, I hope you all enjoy these late 2000s commercials and i'm glad you are here (no pun intended)!

@@YowLife Nostalgia for those who still regularly watched CN in that era, such as myself. I was 12 during this time. CN was still far better than how it is now. It really went to $#!+ by 2014-2015. A shell of it's former self. By that point, nearly ALL of the old shows were gone and that was when TTGo & Gumball started being the spammed shows, replacing Johnny Test as that lol. CN was no longer my background noise channel, just for [as] it was.
As for the live action, I remember liking some of it. Like that one show they answer questions while on a Roller Coaster (I forgot the name), and Bobby Says. I kinda liked Destroy build destroy as well.
Not gonna lie, I prefer the low resolution/mediocre audio quality cause I used to record my cartoons on VHS so I guess it adds to it for me.

Dude, this is so old school. As someone who watched CN a lot back in the day (mainly Clone Wars), I can honestly say this brings back some awesome memories.

Dang, you must have been born in the early 2000s. As someone born in 1996, for me classic Cartoon Network was from 1999-early 2006 during the Powerhouse and CN City eras.

February 2009. I was in second grade. Back in the days when the only thing I had to worry about was watching tv and doing well in school.

@@joecool2987 i mean i was a kid around this time. I watched CN from 2005 To 2013. The only thing i didn't like about this era was CN Real and all the live action shows. Those were Garbage.

Seeing some of the shows that were aired between like 2009-2015 makes me wish I was allowed to watch CN.

On the contrary. The dislikes are actually from us 90s babies who hated this era. We grew up during the Powerhouse and CN City eras (1998-early 2006) and we were horrified to see what had happened to Cartoon Network. Especially that CN Real and shows such as Chop Socky Chooks, Johnny Test, and Skunk Fu 🤢🤮

@@Rugrats-91 I have on my Internet archive account a 6 hour long CN tape from 2009. Unfortunately i used to stop at commercials but there are still a few things in there, including the TV PG warnings from Total Drama Island. My Account is named JUSXTREME96 on internet archive.
(DISCLAIMER - I might have been a bit too obsessed with Johnny Test in that era lol so I recorded a lot of it on that tape.)

@@MilesRobinson2001 it’s still better than today’s CN. But yeah 2009 was not a good year, Michel Jackson’s death, CN real, Nickelodeon rebranding into an atrocious logo. Probably the only channel I’d watch was CN minus CN real. 2009 CN is still better than today.
