Wow! I have wanted to make a Marie Antoinette journal, but in pink. I was fortunate to find some pink home dec brocade type fabric, in May, at a church parking lot rummage sale. Still on the tube, maybe 10 yards or so. I think I maybe paid $5 for the whole thing. It's been propped up in the corner of my craft room since then. I thought this would be perfect for the cover. Now I have the inspiration to start it after the holidays.

This is over the top just gorgeous love all the lace and trims ...also I love the french post cards and papers..would love to do one but I dont have all lace and french papers where did you get all of this ....I have done journals before but not to this caliber...now I have to be on the look out for these items..help....
Thank you Linda! I get most of my lace from thrift stores and sometimes happy mail...Most of my ephemera I get from a postcard show that happens in my area twice a year. I also attend Facebook live auctions for ephemera... they are so much fun and can be quite addicting - I have to set a budget for myself!! 🤪🤪
