If you really have a goal and like to study then you won't need any of these coaching, I rather suggest, to invest into a good university for your further studies after 12th and grind solo till 12th ..let me also crack a myth for you, marks actually doesn't matter when you apply for a job in a big industry, they will only check what you are capable of and if you are worthy enough to a part of the industry hrough your portfolio and experience , so work on your portfolio and personality instead of wasting your money on some coaching centers.

Secondly, i still believe we should not blame the manager as these managers are themselves just 1 year out of college, imagine a company where any person out of college with just 1 year of experience is a given a team to handle with unrealistic targets, then this will result in toxic culture.

The problem is in this company any guy who is out of the college with just 1 year of experience can become a manager and is given team to handle with unrealistic targets, hence leads to toxic work culture.
I have worked in byjus for 10 months.
Issue is not this person but upper management who make any guy with just 1 year of experience a manager, that's why in big companies generally managers have 10+ years of experience because they know how to handle teams and tasks.
I know it's easy to blame him, and i am not defending his behaviour but with such little experience every nice guy in that company will turn out like this only after sometime, i do agree there were few good managers who were still calm but they were very rare.
If it's one person then it's an individual who is to blame, if almost all managers are like this then it's a culture issue of company.

Their fees are going to be same as offline and this online medium also suits their working hours and work from home so its a choice based work. Now about the equipments needed to make these contents. Dear if you know these contents can be made even on easy platforms if not elaborative or catchy that way, it would be still explainable to kids. This call reminds me of my past life in a toxic culture. For for months i bore it but when I saw my colleagues resigning immediately without any job in hand than i found an alternate temporary work, bunked office for two months. HR team there was very weak so I did not approach them. Finally my case was so escalated that the very busy owner called me for a five minutes chat.
After i started explaining him this toxicity he cancelled all other appointments and our discussion continued for 90 minutes instead of 5 minutes. I was taken back on the job in another unit.
After a few days i came to know he took strong action on those toxic people.
