Try vodka, orange juice and candycane! Its sooo good
Is equal parts Pernod, Coke, and Tonic Water a thing? I drink that sometimes.
McGuinness Crème De Menthe and Coke. This drink cannot be fixed, it's impossibly bad.
I feel like that Bloody Mary was trying to go into a Chicago chili territory, with the spices and the cinnamon, but fireball wasn't it chief. It's also quite possible that was the only cinnamon flavor available at the bar.
do you ever light the orange oil on fire? looks even cooler than a twisted peel
Rumple + Milk was probably a mall Santa getting blasted. I feel like even if you're burnt out and empty inside you gotta have some level of commitment to the bit to remain a Mall Santa.
I once saw a mall Santa pull a flask from under his beard
@@scorpioal13 i once saw one down a fireball shot
Mall Santa sounds like it would be a good alternative name for that drink.
I believe long term mall santas do it because its a consistent yearly gig and money.
I knew the guy who was our local mall Santa, he was a friend of my uncle and he genuinely loved it, it was a gig he did for the season but his main job was trucking across the country, said something along the lines of “bringing a smile to all those kids faces is probably worth more to me than all my trucking checks combined” and it always stuck with me, dude was literally jolly as could be, and not much of man of habit, he’d drink a beer or two at events but I’ve never seen him drink liquor
Based on extensive research Sprite and Red Bull are the most popular ways to destroy a drink.
So says Mer, so it is…
Red bull, vodka, Hawaiian Punch, and sprite. Also known as the Dorm room special.
Don't forget candy. Deer god the amount of people that put candy into drinks.
@@freedfg6694 good point, though I don’t remember is it Oranjeboom or Jupiler you put skittles in?
Meredith! Is there a list somewhere of all the episodes? That's not just CZcams videos? I have watched hundreds but I'm pretty sure I've missed many as well. Also good luck for a baby, psyllium was one of the things I had to drink, per my Dr, so you may be ordering more of that for you!
I knew the Fireball bloody Mary was gonna be bad, but when he said it tastes like Michael's smells at Christmas, I had a full body shudder.
It provided me with such a visceral, known smell that flooded my mouth and actually gave me goosebumps. I both want to try it just to know and want to never even be in the same room as it
Fireball bloody Mary: Mary Fucking Exploded
Fun fact: In Finland a horrible yet popular highball, Jaegermeister + energydrink, used to be called "Akkuhappo" = battery acid in most nightclubs.

I’m not going to lie I respect this channel a lot for the education and experimentation aspect of you making your drinks, as well as your love of old movies and TV, but damned if these aren’t the funniest videos you put out
Greg reminds me of the bartender equivalent of Alton Brown on Good Eats.
It's the baroque poetry.
Yeah. As far as I'm concerned, the description of the "Malibu Pineapple Old Fashioned" in particular is a genuine work of art.
I don't drink, but this channel is still super fun to watch
"put out" is definitely the right phrase
On April 1st you should make an "evil video", where you make drinks from your all time hated list and some of your favorites, you invite some "willing victims" over and get them to taste them all, saying that they're all your best drinks. They'll drink the good ones and like it but each bad one will make them question reality.
PLEASE yes
I want this
GREG GET ON THIS!!!
I'd be so down for this.
This would be the best
“It’s not for me.. but I don’t want to kink shame” made me absolutely lose it 🤣
Me too. I had to pause the video because I was laughing so hard, and I wanted to see what else he had to say. 😂😂😂
I want to believe that the poor soul who drank those incomplete peppermint patty shots back to back to back to back to back to back to back to back, was actually just really lonely on a Christmas Eve and wanted to get drunk but still be kinda festive.
I've recently watched the video "How to write the unthinkable" where one of the methods used by Lovecraft himself was not to write WHAT it is but rather write about the effect it has on the surroundings.
During first 60+ seconds after tasting Red Bull Negroni you said _nothing_ about the taste itself - but your reaction, the pure fear, the essense of agony on your face, trembling in your voice... It said more than any adjective could say. Well done, my friend, you have wrote the unthinkable.
I found that myself during writing.
I find it hard to make solid pictures with detailed description.
The more details there are the less I see. So, during my writing I'm using a mix of Actual descriptions and of "writing the unthinkable"
I actually got the idea to do it from a a video somewhere, forgot where or when. But it said that no words can ever hope to surpass what one can make up for himself in his mind. And I believe "writing the unthinkable" has that as its basis.
I know you asked for non of this 🤣
But I was in a mood to talk alot, sorry 😂
@@lefterismplanas4977 Could you give hs an example? Like of something random like bacon?

But I whish I've had because just the idea of grabbing a bite and feeling your mind tingle in happiness with its crispy texture as your tongue erupts with with flavours.
Yeah. I've never had that
@@lefterismplanas4977 Very nice.
Mixed the unthinkable rather.
Why do I get the impending feeling that Greg has signed a contract with a lovecraftian figure and is required to publish these disturbing cocktails to uphold his bargain?

That drink almost broke him 😂🤣😅
A drink that I've ordered that most wouldn't like but I really do: Midori, milk, and something bubbly but not acidic (I've found melon flavored milk soda works best). Equal parts milk and midori in a glass, then soda to the top. I call it a Natsu Yasumi (summer vacation) because the melon cream soda flavor reminds me of the one summer I studied abroad in Japan.
I used to use rose syrup, milk, and whiskey to make something I called a "pink train". I drank this throughout my 20s. I have no excuse for its existence, really. The 'secret' was mixing the syrup into the whiskey first so it doesn't curdle the milk. 😅
@@hadrianryan4179 okay but consider the pink panther. That drink works, somehow.

At a guess, the Red Bull Espresso Martini wasn't actually supposed to taste good. It was supposed to be a caffeine bomb, because the customer was falling asleep.
You might be right, but it seems like there are easier and less painful ways to do that
Yeah, it was 100% a regular espresso martini + Red Bull, because college gamer kid wanted more caffeine
@@kyleschlichter3815 yeah that's what I was thinking or someone that loves the line "you gotta get up to get down".
@@kyleschlichter3815 or just sub the vodka with red bull, vodka just dilutes it too much.
Could also be a way to get the alcohol into the blood stream quicker. I used to make a dreamsicle from mtn dew orange and a cream vodka. It would only take 2-3 shots (equal parts) to get tipsy. The sugar and caffeine from the mtn dew helps get the alcohol into the blood stream quicker. Perhaps some similar with Red Bull.
Fun fact! I believe when you combine beer/ale/lager with European lemonade (like sprite) it's known as a Shandy in the UK - such as a bitter shandy (a bitter ale), lager shandy (obvs) etc. A cider (hard cider) with sprite i think is more likely a rattler - I know there's a brand of cider called Rattler in the UK at least. So I believe you made a Stout Shandy (based on naming conventions in the UK).
And asking inexperienced bar staff for a "Guinness Shandy" is a old prank - if they don't do it right it foams up like mad and overflows the glass.
im sorry but its not a "Rattler" it is infact "Radler" translating to Cyclist in german
Calling Sprite a "european lemonade" offends me to the core. I guesss you can call it that, but it doesnt really taste of lemon. "European lemonade" to me is lemonjuice+sugar+sparkling water. Like american lemonade, just with carbonation I guess. it needs to taste mostly of lemon. Not sugar water with a hint of something citrussy.
Shandy’s are called Snowwhites in the Netherlands. They’re similar to Radlers which is just beer and lemonade. Probably one of my favorite summertime drinks.
Guinness shandy is just a sin
I think that when he achieves the lowest levels of hell in drink form, we need a confirmation reaction from Meredith. You're in this together. Share the pain.
I love at 9:33, he says "it tastes like violets" but for whatever reason, I heard- "redbull tastes like violence" and ofc laughed and nodded, fully understanding the sentiment... until I read the captions... and laughed again, thank you for this gem of a line Greg!!! 🤣
...he didn't say tastes like violence?!? I figured that fit perfectly with a red bull + extra caffeine drink! XD
Haha! I heard that as well. It 100 percent works with how he seems to feel about it.
The way I would describe the flavor of Red Bull is "It tastes like getting punched in the face," but just saying "It tastes like violence" works too.
He might’ve been saying violence. The captions are usually automatically generated, not made from transcript, and whatever program they use doesn’t get it right very often.
@@jeffy1862 The notiation is "Chowards", but they mean C. Howard's, a violet mint. I LOVE violet flavour.
It's very funny watching Greg cross the line from "gregarious" to "kinda drunk" halfway through.
agree with you on the Rumple! A lot of people say they hate it, but I can't understand it. Like, it does the job it's supposed to, a strong peppermint flavor that imo masks the bite of 100 proof alcohol quite a bit.
Regarding "tomato" pronounciation, here in Australia we pronounce it the other way. We also call clear lemon drinks (like sprite) "lemonade". Sprite even used to have "lemoande" written on the can, but in recent years they changed it to "lemon lime" for some reason. We call cloudy lemon drinks lemonade as well, or if it's carbonated it can also be called "pub squash".
Also in Australia you have what's called a portergaff which is stout (usually Coopers) and clear lemonade
In french they call american lemonade "Citron pressé" which means squeezed lemons
When you order it at a café it comes deconstructed. You get a very sour and tart thing of lemon syrup, you get sugar, and you get a pitcher of water. You get to make it as sour or sweet as you want
Like, sugar syrup or just granulated sugar? Because granulated sugar dissolves very poorly in cold water. Which means you're just ordering an extended workout for your stirring arm.
@@wbfaulk it's a 1:1 simple syrup in most places
That sounds amazing
Personally, I'd add all of the lemon, and then slowly add sugar to taste.
Neat!
I think I'd quite like that.
"I think its cuz when you guys were in high school you were doing stupid shots of this that you shouldn't have been doing" is probably the best description of rumple I've ever heard.
I work at a Whetherspoons and had a real strange order with a real stranger customer.
We got an order through for a Guiness with a Lemonade top and orange juice in it.
The guy who delivered it came back after asking about it with a story of the guy being basically confused and frustrated that we came check on what he thought was a normal drink.
I just can't get over the fact you added simple syrup to the first version of the Red Bull espresso martini. No wonder it was excessively sweet!
Yea I guess it was supposed to be redbull and coffee for double kick, not redbull and syrup
I once had to make, for a real human patron at a nice bar, a "Dirty Manhattan". That is to say it was a manhattan with the addition of olive juice.
He had three of them.
A piece of me died each time constructed that affront to god and spirits.
Doesn't seem that weird... unless he was having them with sweet vermouth and maraschino cherries?! Otherwise, using some dry vermouth and rye, it's basically a pickle back, but with olives, seems fine.
That's... Disgusting. I'd much rather a 'Dirty Manhattan' involve stirring with an actual rat.
@@user-rm9zx7ln9i the flavor issue is that a Manhattan is pretty sweet

I feel like a redbull espresso martini is something a student who wants to drink with friends but needs to pull an all nighter for exams would get.
I honestly think someone thought that by removing the “espresso” from a martini, it would be a classy vodka Red Bull.
And then, on top of that you add simple syrup. It probably tasted like adding sugar to Buckley’s cough medicine.
I said it in a comment on a previous video.
The Dionysus/Nyarlathotep connection monologue.
The cultish throat singing surrounding the Green Man Malort Nog.
And now, literally opening an episode with a Lovecraft quote from The Call Of Cthulhu itself. GARNISHED WITH TENTACLES FOR FLAVOR.
Greg is swinging for the fences. There's 110% some kind of eldritch, cosmic-horror How To Drink ARG bubbling up from the space-between-spaces.
The tasting notes of the last 2 drinks were 5 star entertainment. Thank you. The rumplemints one also reminded me of a story one of the guys I used to work with told me about being at a bar with our boss. Guy I used to work with bought my bought a shot of rumplemints and the bartender asked him why. He explained and the bartender instantly understood.
I genuinely don't know why, but Red Bull in particular has this strange power to make drinks taste like vomit. It's almost impressive
True. I guess that acid/metallic "energy drink™" taste is extremely particular, and mixing it with other flavors is asking for trouble.
Might be the smell redbull has, something about the smell of redbull specifically makes me sick to my stomach no other energy drink I've smelled has that effect on me it's exclusively redbull
Honestly Red Bull ITSELF tastes pretty vomit-y to me. The tinny, acidic thing it has going (and frankly, every energy drink I've tasted has going) tastes WAY to close to bile to be enjoyable. Between that and the effect the caffeine has on my wombo combo of high blood pressure+fastpulse+anxiety I avoid anything energy drink like the plague now.
@@MissingmyBabbu good lord man.
Just shotgun a redbull, hold on, hope for the best and have the wildest ride of your (now speedrun) life. O__O
I wonder if it's in no small thanks to the fact that energy drinks period just taste of the one-note ass variety.
As someone who used to work for the distributor for Fireball; the weird Fireball Cinnamon they are coming out with is so convenience stores like 7-11 can sell Fireball without getting a liquor license. I believe it is malt based? It's pretty weird
You should do an on location show where you see what’s the worst drink you convince a bartender to make.
Yeah as soon as I head peppermint schnapps and milk I knew it would work out fine. It's strange that got listed as a bad drink. A large order of them is strange but there's nothing about that mix that rings alarms even before trying it out.
Beer Milkshake
In the movie Cannery Row (1981) a man walks into a diner, orders a beer milkshake, tells the waitress how to make it and drinks it.
Beer milkshakes need a mild (not too bitter) beer with chocolate ice cream.
Seen also in Red Dwarf. More often worn by Lister than actually consumed... man some of those early episodes are hard to watch just due to how utterly sloven that character was depicted.
With the correct beer, these can be great. A local brewery (McMenamins) does a stout milkshake and a milkshake with one of their most popular beers which is a raspberry ale.
Beer floats are actually pretty good, but you need a dark, malty beer.
24:10 I love how much pure "I'm so done with this" energy he exudes upon reading the order.

How to Drink SNACKS! Does indeed like an interesting episode! Snacks that go well with drinks vary a lot from country to country and tend to go very well with said countries main "drink".
I would LOVE an episode focused around that theme!
I used to drink Peppermint Schnapps and Soy milk when I was in college so the Rumpies and Milk is a little nostalgic for me lol
I’d like to try it with rice milk. I really like screwball and rice milk. 😅
My brother peer pressured me into drinking Rumpies over the holidays, I'd never had it before. It's nostalgic for him and I worry about him.
I kinda want to see a crossover with the Whiskey Tribe where Greg subjects them to customer order abominations while Brianna fires back with Tick Tack Cacktailz.

I saved this episode until I was done with classes and chores for the day, and I enjoyed my reward immensely. Your suffering is entertaining and informative, Greg. I salute you.
I’ll never forget the 5th Ward. I think it was the first time Greg really loathed a drink on the show. Nothing has compared since, the slow turn to doom, the confusion, the bargaining! “This is a classic cocktail!” It was something to behold.
Tik toc hasn’t helped customers always being wrong, the amount of customers explaining to me “I saw it on tik toc” has been dreadful.

I want you to know that I stumbled across your channel completely by accident like a week and a half ago and have fallen in love with it. You are such a good entertainer, I don't know if it's you or your editor(s) that do the text on the tasting notes but they have me wheezing with laughter every time, I've learned things about how cocktails are made, and despite not drinking alcohol I've somehow now gotten into drink mixing non-alcoholic mocktails! So thank you for my new hobby and also several hours of joy!
We have a friend who accidentally grabbed cinnamon flavored vodka when making Bloody Mary’s for us. Far and away the most disgusting drink I’ve ever tasted. I knew full well what was coming when you mentioned fireball…
The worst thing I've ever drunk in my life wasn't even alcoholic... Jones Soda used to have special Thanksgiving packs, imagine Turkey and brussel sprout and gravy-flavored soda. The cranberry sauce one was legit though. Now imagine mixing them all together.
That sounds extremely cursed
The TRY channel did that! I'll get a link.
The Jones Soda Turkey Gravy soda tasted like a dank mossy culvert. Dank in the "damp and sad" sense, not the other one.
Don't forget the pea soda that tasted exactly like pee
Jones has a Dirt flavor.
Do with that information what you will.
in Australia we call the raddler a shandy, one of my nana's favourite drinks. Different lemon based drinks and different beers can make for some great combinations
Just so you know, you are not alone on Campari vs Fernet. I absolutely adore Fernet-Branca (to the point that while I have never been in the industry, I actually have a Fernet Challenge coin - got it at a cocktail paring dinner that I was one of the only non-industry people there) but I am really not a fan of Campari
It makes me feel so much better about me being clumsy when someone who's job it is to pour drinks in front of a camera still dumps it everywhere. Thanks Greg!
Greg I would love to see you try the Roll For Sandwich setup, rolling a d20 for randomized ingredients and trying to make it work or just accepting that it doesnt.
I like the idea, but I´d also want him to try doing a "Telephone" drink: label different bottles with numbers 0-9, ask for a phone No. and make the mix with the labeled bottles, and see what comes up (nothing healthy or sane, for starters....)
YES!
You made the minty milk and I immediately thought “I don’t have that brand of peppermint schnapps but I have peppermint schnapps. I’m trying this.” I substituted some heavy cream in for some of the milk. It’s not bad. I didn’t have any chocolate liquor so I used Hershey Syrup. Also pretty good. Added more milk and I don’t know the proportions anymore but I got something that is actually quite good. But definitely more milk than schnapps.
many of the best radlers are actually made with lemon juice over sprite, but just mixing beer and any sprite-like soda is always a decent idea
Do you know any savory, vegetal cocktails out there aside from the bloody mary? I think that could be a really cool video to explore other options and branch out what you can make.
The ones I know of are plays on bloody Marys like Micheladas (essentially a beer based bloody Mary) and bloody Caesar (clamato instead of tomato)

I bought him some Viski glasses thanks to this channel. Love watching your stuff and the... horrors... you sometimes have to deal with.
the editing has evolved in such a natural and satisfying way. gr8 content as usual
As someone who doesn't even drink alcohol it's really cool how you make it so fun to watch your videos and this one is no different!
Just wanted to let you know that Radler doesn’t always have “European lemonade” (lemon-lime soda) in it - a lot of radlers have a more American style lemonade (that is, lemon juice, water, and sugar.)
It’s like radler (more ‘American’ style) vs shandy (‘European’) as far as I’d think in the uk.
@@BoBoBentonYeah, can't say I've ever had a shandy that didn't use carbonated lemonade.

With an intro like that and reference to Lovecraft in the first five seconds, have you ever made a Lovecraft themed drink episode?! I'd absolutely love to see some, either original or showcase some from a Lovecraft themed cookbook (that I actually own, it's very interesting) called the "Necronomnomnom" that has some cool recipes.
I believe some of the ones in there include a shaken martini with a small amount of Wasabi mixed in called 'Shaken, not Hastur' as well as drinks like the 'Gin and Miskatonic' and 'Hebert West's Deanimator'.
I'm sure Greg could come up with very cool ideas himself with a little research!
The secret to combining redbull with coffee and not making it clash is to use specifically light-roast coffee. Like... Starbucks blond-roast works, but even lighter would probably be better.
My highest regards to whoever does the captions/backchat/summary text superimposed on the frame. YOU ARE THE BEST

A similar thing to the Rumple and Milk you've done here, I once went to a bar in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK called Lebowski's. As you would expect, the cocktail menu was exclusively variations on the White Russian (all designed around different elements of the film), but they had a version on there called 'The Toe'. It replaced the coffee liqueur in the traditional White Russian with Creme de Menthe and it tasted EXACTLY like mint-choc chip ice cream. Needless to say I had several!! Check out the cocktail menu for Lebowski's... it's absolute genius.
i once stumbled onto something like a rumple & milk for a similar reason. i _had_ all the ingredients for a white russian, but then the coffee spirit ran out. and the next thing i had was creme de menthe
As someone who enjoys much more mint in their mojitos, it comes as no surprise to me that Greg enjoys the Rumple and Milk.
I want my mojito at least 1/4 mint and I will have it no other way
Finally! I have been longing for another episode!
My second vid ive watched. I dont even drink much but i love what you guy are doing. Nice work. Subbed
Guinness and Cider was a thing there when I visited Japan, thought it was pretty enjoyable.
They also really love their whiskey sodas
Guinness and cider is a snakebite (UK)
In West Africa they mix Guinness with fresh palm wine and it’s amazing.
Cider as in what muricans call cider or what europeans call cider
@@Xirenec_ like macro alcoholic cider, stongbow, magners or assballs if you’re fancy
guiness and blackcurrant is tasty as well
First drink is just an imitation black velvet (stout plus a sparkling wine poured in) that someone had at a party or something and decided to order in a bar.
Oh man- after this Grege deserves to do another "Favorite Drinks and his own preferred Versions" episode. Just Greg, Drinking amazing things to make him smile.
I subbed for this content, thank you
In Portugal beer with 7up is an incredibly common drink, you simply ask for in restaurants, its called a Panaché, the first drink sounded kinda similar
it's a common drink in most places and he mentioned so already. they're called Radlers, just typically made with lighter beers not darker ones
In the UK we'd call it a shandy or a "#{beer_name} top" if you're just adding a smaller amount :)
I once had a customer order a Black and Tan, but made with Guinness and a Sierra Nevada hazy IPA. It honestly had no business being as good as it was.
It's nice to see you two discussing more often.
“Afternotes of carpet store” is way too viscerally descriptive 😂 Greg is awesome!
One of the best drinks I ever had was a mix of Red Bull, raspberry vodka and rose water. May have been something else in there, sprite maybe?
I once had some kind of red bull lemonade cocktail with Midori in it. I remember it being delicious, but I was also in college and at a casino at the time. So who knows.
I respectfully disagree with the statement that something with redbull in it can be the best at anything. Fucking thing is disgusting. Tastes like piss with a bunch of sugar.
who hurt you
tbh, just the red bull + stoli razberi is good enough. The rosewater seems unnecessary.
Made a non-alcoholic drink of cherry syrup, rosewater & lemon juice/lemonade & dilute with water.
My favorite episodes are the ones where Greg gets absolutely sauced. 😆
Hands down my favorite kind of episode
Been looking forward to this one
I could feel the phlegmy texture just thinking about Guiness and Sprite
Edit: Also as a Hessian can confirm, Radler is 50:50 beer and Sprite
Once had a bartender outright refuse my usual drink order lmao. But i insist it's actually rly good and so far people agree with me! it's INCREDIBLY sweet but it's good, it's sambuca and coke if you're curious. i prefer white sambuca over black and most of the fun flavours work too with a few exceptions (notably BANANA. DO NOT HAVE BANANA SAMBUCA AT ALL BUT DEFFO NOT IN COKE)
That's my "oh shit I've lost my voice and I'm not ready to leave karaoke" drink.
jesus that glass you used tor the last drink is BEAUTIFUL
I stumbled upon this channel a few months ago and it became an instant addiction, I don't even drink alcohol but the vibes are great and it's such a nice comfort show, binged hundreds of episodes by now and I'm always happy when I see a new one go up. Thanks for making such great content.
Sort of same, though I do drink
Big same, I don't drink at all and love watching this channel. And Meredith becoming a bigger part of the videos has been awesome, these two have insanely good rapport and it's so much fun to watch them.
The original was one of the latest videos back when I started following the channel, and it ensured I'd be here to stay. Very happy to see a follow up!
"Experimenting with drinks so you don't have to" should have been a line for these episodes. Thanks for enduring that for us haha
I love how Paul Blart has rebranded himself as a mixologist, after his failure as a mall cop.
M. You are awesome. That fade into the muppet when g was making that voice was perfect! Died laughing.
Dr teeth!
So, something that I found out, not too long ago was that a half and half of Dr. Pepper and Guinness is a good enough mix that even my wife who HATES both of those drinks will down the glass easily
Regional pronunciations make perfect sense when you can't hear people from all over the world on a regular basis, but it also makes sense that some of that falls away when you can, if something is from a specific place how they say it should probably be considered "canon" vs the weird ways people elsewhere came up with how to say it.
This. But also, I've never met or heard an American that hasn't had trouble pronouncing the word, and EVERYONE in the UK, regardless of regional accents and dialects, pronounces it "Wooster" or "Wooster-shuh". Regardless of any other aspect of this, "Woo-ster-shuh/Wuh-stuh-sher" is always going to be easier to actually SAY for any native English speaker than the "Wurst-chest-er-shy-er" approach.
I mean, English barely has rules so do what you want, but I think if you can make it easier on yourself, AND be "correct" why wouldn't you?
@@hellzoneUK1991 That's because “English is not a language, it’s three languages wearing a trench coat pretending to be one"
@@hellzoneUK1991 Where I'm at in the US it's more generally "Wooster-shy-er"; the suffix gets distorted but less so the "Worcester" part. Probably because that's how you pronounce the local Worcester, too, albeit sometimes with an "ah" instead of an "uh" at the end.
Well, potentially "warshter-shire" if you're in the fraction of the east of the state that's got the very rhotic variant of the accent.
@@hellzoneUK1991 Folks in MA generally say Wooster or Woostah, depending on how rhotic their accent is.
Greg, you are absolutely correct about Rumple. I think it was at every high school party I ever attended because, in my day 👴, every kid's parents had a bottle tucked away somewhere for Christmas hot cocoa. I was beer kid, but I saw my share of Gen X kids take shots of Rumple off the hood of a Datsun by the light of a tire fire in the desert.
1:06 Hey I know that glass! I get root beer from Jim-N-Nicks in that glass! There’re some good memories!
In Germany, they have a few wierd beer mixes that I don't actually mind. Their dark beers they often mix with Pepsi/coke and their lighter (wheat) beers, they will often mix with sprite. I didn't mind either of them!
We mix lager and pilz beer with all kinds of random stuff here. Coke, sprite, juice, ginger ale, etc. One of my favorite weird german beer mixes is a banana wheat, ora light wheat beer blenden with a banana.
I haven't laughed so hard in a long time as much as I, and my family have, as from watching the Firecall Bloody Mary. OMF "Cinnamon on fish" and "Carpet store" 🤣😆🤣😆
Lol. I appreciate your tour through the contents of the sponsor box.
In the Netherlands lemonades are always a highly concentrated sirup of either one or multiple fruits combined with either sparkling or still water. Sprite is seen as a frisdrank which translates to fresh drink and it is where all sodas fall under like cola and fanta. I now realize how different dutch lemonade probably is to the rest of the world! Great vid as always!
You should totally compile some drinks that you thought were gross but the challenge of making them even better would be an awesome video in itself!
I know Greg doesn’t like drinking these drinks but this is my favorite series on HTD
Meredith has a great voice and is a welcome addition! Hope to hear more from her.
The first drink threw me back to my college days at this local bar where I would always get a Guinness and Woodchuck Pear cider half and half which I really enjoyed at the time! Not sure how it would stand up a dozen years later for me though lmao
