  • HOW TO RECOVER FROM A STROKE FAST! | MY AMAZING RECOVERY
Amazingly, just three days ago, this past Tuesday, I had a stroke! Now just three days later I am totally recovered. In this video I share how to identify a stroke in yourself or a loved one FAST and quickly get to the hospital for the lifesaving treatment. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO ACT FAST!
If you have any experience with anything to do with having a stroke, I hope you will share the information in the comments section below the video. That way we can all help each other.
    XXOO Beth
P.S. Please share this video with everyone on social media. As you will see in my video, fast action in identifying and treating a stroke can save lives, possibly your own.
P.S.S. Slight correction. In the video I stated that my girls group started with nine girls. It was actually ten girls. Unfortunately, we now have nine.

Thank you so much for this helpful video. The knowledge you just shared could save someone’s life. Strokes run in my family and am mindful about that. I have had situation where I thought I could have had a heart attack or something going on with me and unfortunately, the doctors were very dismissive of me. Not willing to take tests other than routine bloodwork. This is a public service so thank you. Also for your lack of pride and vanity to be able to show us what you went through. You were courageous. In the US, the ambulances usually have it to administer asap. Unsure why they didn't have it in this case, but that may be according to the state. If anyone is in the know of how that works, please share.

I worked in a designated trauma hospital and we have a stroke team that is alerted by EMS before you even arrive and the stroke team is sent to the E.R. and the CAT scan dept. has a scan open and ready for your arrival. I always tell people whether it's a stroke or heart attack symptoms to call 911 rather than family driving them because EMS can start working on you immediately. So glad you are recovering well and have some information in regard to your heart and aneurysm.

I know the signs of stroke of course and by the grace of God, just happened to call mom right when her first stroke started and recognized her symptoms. Not everyone is that lucky. You are truly amazing to have documented your stroke in REAL TIME! That is unheard of. At least I've never heard of it. Your calm demeanor and level headedness were nothing short of astonishing. I know many lives will be saved because of your bravery and selflessness. God bless you.

I was in decent shape, exercised regularly, was a vegetarian, and was not overweight. I had all the tests possible to try to identify the cause. Nothing revealed itself. I am pretty sure it was birth control pills. Anyway, I could not talk during the stroke. So please do not count on being able to talk. Luckily, my husband was with me and could tell right away and got an ambulance immediately. One of the scariest times of our lives.

Thank you Beth, for being authentic in every way. I don’t even know how I landed on your channel but I fear strokes everyday because its on my mom and dads side of the family. I’m 52 and in fairly decent shape, in that I’m not overweight, but I need more exercise in my life. I’m also an alcoholic and stopped drinking 2 1/2 years ago. Now I need to quit the occasional cigarettes. I know, this sounds horrible, but I feel I have time to turn my life around. I am very slender and could use a few pounds but other then that, I’ve always been in good health. I wish my mom had taken the clot buster drug. In fact, she was vehemently against it after her second stroke. First was mild and she was not seen for several days. She is now in a wheel chair. If I had not stumbled on your video and I was faced with the same situation as my mother, I probably would have made the same choice. I look at you as a very positive and Beautiful Lady, I cant believe you are even in your 60’s. Because of this video, you will save a lot of people possible more pain and suffering. Thank you. Time is absolutely 'of the essence' when successfully treating a CVA (cardiovascular accident), or stroke, everyone! This is one of the most important videos you've ever made, and shared, Beautiful; it most certainly can save lives! I am so relieved, and thrilled to hear that your recent right-sided stroke was effectively treated with a 'clot buster' ( tissue plasminogen activator, or tPA) so that the stroke didn't progress to a severe, damaging, and potentially life-threatening cardiovascular event! Emergency tPA is a powerful blood thinner used to dissolve the clot travelling to the brain, that severely damages surrounding tissue, and it also which helps restore blood flow to the region of the brain affected by the stroke, reducing the risk of significant brain damage, and functional impairment. It's so vital to educate others how to recognize stroke symptoms, so immediate transportation to hospital can be initiated, and crucial medical protocol can be administered, (along with tPA, given within 3 hours of the onset of the CVA), to arrest the progression of this serious cardiovascular event! I'm also so glad they discovered the brain aneurysm so that it can be effectively treated also! Well done, missie, and thanks for sharing this extremely important info! Love, well wishes, and hugs, Beth, Sherrey💕💕💕

I am 65 years old and I had a stroke at the age of 54. The only symptoms I had was the worst headache I had ever had in my life. My stroke was on the right side of my brain. I got to the hospital in time, but was on a ventilator and in ICU for a week. I have no lasting damage from that stroke thank goodness. I do have residual left side weakness however.

So glad your outcome was good! Your hospital seems wonderful. I had covid 1/2021 and starting in February, I had my first TIA, and over that year I had 6 more, but I think one was an actual stroke because my arms got so heavy and felt so odd, then I lost the ability to speak. I got to the hospital in time. The first TIA caused a retinal vein occlusion in my right eye and I have been having monthly eye injections, to help but my vision still isn't good now. I'm 65 now. I wish I had the care you received. My primary care doctor put me on some drugs, one of which caused muscle and ligament deterioration which I took myself off wondering if that was causing it, it was. Due to Covid my BP go out of whack and very high where it was good before...but he put me on a BP drug with a diurectic which threw me into renal failure the end of this past June and I'm still awaiting my nephrologist appointment. It's disheartening as I used to run and now I've gained 50 lbs, trying to regain strength and muscle and not knowing how bad my kidneys are. Sorry for long post, I'm just tired of it being one thing after another. I hope you have full recovery.

The clot I had was too large for the medicine you described to dissolve so I had to have surgery where the cloviden apparatus went in from my groin to my brain to retrieve the clot. Thank you for sharing. I've suffered a few strokes and never thought of going to the the hospital thinking it was stress. I decided to go to the hospital due to dizziness and my equilibrium. I'm walking toward the door of the store yet not realizing my body was walking sideways toward the store on my right side. When my friend grabbed me and said what's wrong with you. Went to the ER the next day and had a lot of tests done. Then I was sent to see a neurologist. He told me I had a few mini strokes. That I suffer from TIA. Wrote on a paper what it was since at times I forget things. The mini stroke at time affected my speech also. You know what you want to say yet your mouth says gibberish. 😱 Also forgetfulness at times. I'd sit in the car for 15 to 20 minutes trying to remember where I needed to go, yet I know where I'm parked and i just need to remember where i want to go. I thought I had Dementia because my dad suffered from Dementia before he died. My worries is my iqualidrium being i live alone. Afraid to fall. I child proof my house. I eliminated my glass center table due to almost falling on it a few times. I hold on tight when going down the stairs. I don't do well when the room is dim. I bought a small night light when one gets close and the light turns on. Night sensors. I also bought a shower chair to shower because if I close my eyes I lose my balance. So these are a few issues I've gone through. I have had mini strokes that are as awful as this lady went through. Because my mini stroke slowly has been damaging my brain. Each stroke affects a blood vessel that bleeds out and that leaves a mark in my brain showing I had a mini stroke. The picture shows the stroke in white when the blood vessel drained out. I hope I explained well enough for you to understand. It's sad to deal with this issue by yourself. Try to avoid stress and take care of your blood pressure also. ❀

This is amazing. My husband had a stroke in 2013 and was receiving anti clotting drugs within the hour due to the quick response of the NHS. Sadly, I know it wouldn't happen so quickly now as the local service doesn't exist any more. He made a complete recovery and only this who knew him before see a very slight change to the slant of his mouth!
If anyone suspects a stroke they should waste no time in summoning help. You are a testimony to what can be done.

Beth, thank you for sharing such an important message! My dad also had a stroke when a blood clot traveled through a hole in his heart after a car accident. He was not lucky enough to get the proper care in time and has since passed away. I'm so thankful that you were fully aware of what was happening and got the help you needed! Continue to spread the word. If you only save one person, it is so worth it. I'll be praying as you continue to recover from all of this.

Definitely all these strokes and clots people are having are Covid related. Hands down it’s no coincidence. So many people who received the vaccine are now having them. Even people who just got Covid bad are getting them and others have been shed on. It’s happening all over.

Beth, thank you for sharing this. I’m so glad you recognized right away what was happening and called 911.
A year ago my husband had a stroke in the middle of the night and we did not realize that’s what it was
so he didn’t get the clot buster. He had the stroke on his 66 birthday.
His face didn’t look like yours did.
He is totally numb on his left side. He is mobile and can talk, etc. He feels miserable in his body since the stroke. No pain. It’s more of a sensory issue.
We have regrets for not recognizing he was having a stroke but he is fortunate. It could have been a whole lot worse.
We just went to Chicago for brain stem cell treatment. Now he is getting hyperbaric treatments in hopes all that will help him.

So sorry about your husband and hope he gets better. What were the symptoms that he had the night of the stroke? Was the total numbness on the side a result of the stroke?

    • @meredithlindley6882
      @meredithlindley6882 Pƙed rokem

@@esv4008 thank you. He said he had a charley horse. I told him to stand up on it and he fell down. He kept insisting that his leg and back were bothering him previously and it was no big deal. So we went back to sleep. In hindsight, I wish I had asked more questions. I’m a nurse for God’s sake but I was so sleepy. When he woke up, he felt the numbness and googled his symptoms. That’s when I called 911.
it was the next morning. And yes, it’s from the stroke
on the right side of his brain, so it affected his left side.
He had quadruple bypass surgery almost 20 years ago. Unbeknownst to me, he had stopped taken his medication. That’s why he had a stroke.

It happened so quickly but remembering your video prompted me to get immediate help. With 2 hours and the TPA medicine (a miracle drug) his paralysis was reversed. Again bless you and thank you for this important message.

My mother had a stroke at the age of 52 and it must have happened while she was sleeping
When we got to the hospital they wouldn't give her the clot busting drug because they weren't sure how many hours it had been
We begged and pleaded with them said we would sign any waiver whatsoever because we knew that if she didn't get it there'd be no hope
They didn't want to risk the liability so they refused
So now 18 years later she is still not able to walk or talk or read or write and has very limited understanding.....
We recognize the signs of a stroke but unfortunately the hospitals care more about money in being sued than actually the patients wishes
I'm so glad it worked out for you though!

Beth, I am so thankful you knew the signs. I have a carotid ultrasound every 2 years because my father had a massive stroke at 53, then died at 58 from his 8th heart attack. I have never commented on the carnivore diet because I just don’t believe in negative comments. But I will speak up and say now that my cardiologist says absolutely no to the carnivore diet; he says the American Cardiology Assoc stance is that the diet is a sure ticket to heart attacks and stroke. God bless you and I am praying for your complete recovery.
