@Kassowar65 I agree, even if the two engine does save some fuel. However, from Dubai to Los Angles, the plane has to fly over north pole or somewhere close to it where no major airport can sustain these planes.

It is used for a fuel dump when they need to make an emergency landing and they are a bit heavy they dump fuel out the wings.
