i just realized that the writers missed out on the perfect opportunity to have kurt sing it’s not right but it’s ok the REPRISE when blaine cheated. you know chris would have gone so hard 😎may have been a sore spot for us fans atm, but would be iconically funny as hell now

Never knew that Darren actually arranged the teenage dream version, and never noticed that he sped up, but now I like that version even more. But I listen to his version of Against All Odds every day. So good.
Darren had actually been doing his version of Teenage Dream; on tour for a couple of years; before he did it on Glee. And Ryan Murphy, went to one of his shows and watched him perform it. So, he worked it into the show. There are several videos of him doing it live on tour, here on youtube.
I love Darren and I don't think there is any song he could sing I wouldn't like. Especially when he sings live he just makes it his own, his emotions are always so unapologetically raw. However, I loved Blaine best when he was at Dalton with the Warblers. I get why they had him transferred and he did have some amazing songs/solos with the ND, but he just shined with the Warblers. Also, the Warblers wo Blaine were never actually any serious competition, were they?
