  • Measured the 2024 Ram Power Wagon after having all the items installed. With the current weight of 7690 lbs, the max overall height is 84.9” at the top of the antenna, the width at the front tires is 84”, the width with the mirrors folded is 85” and 104.5” open. Ground clearances are 21.5” front bumper, 20” at step, 18.5” at middle skid plate, 25” at rear hitch, etc. Dimensions I forgot to mention in the video is 10.13” clearance at the front diff with the Carli guard and 9.75” for the rear diff.

Do you have pre suspension upgrade measurements from ground to fender flare, and tire to fender flare? I Don’t know what load is in your bed but ground to flare in your rear is 1 5/8” higher than my stock. I’d have expected closer to 2”. Rear tire to flare gap has yours 7/8” greater (I’m unloaded, on 37 Nitto Recon Grapplers). The front has your ground to flare 1 15/16” greater (than mine), and 7/8” bigger tire to flare gap. If I used your exact setup I should expect a tire to flare gap of 10 5/16” front and 11 6/8” rear. Lots of variables at play though so it could be slightly different. I just want a worthwhile visual improvement.

So I went back to look at the data…. I have a little more payload weight (total 7690 lbs) with the most recent dimensions over the prior ones (7590 lbs). In both cases, I have 37” tires with 43 psi front and 38 psi rear and these tires measure the same loaded at 35.56” tall using a level. Also, have around 150 lbs of gear in the ramboxes in both cases. The deltas I have would be comparable although if you don’t have 37s, then the heights would be different. Also, probably need 5 psi less in the rear tires compared to the front to get equal loading. I also have the Ramboxes which add around 150 lbs over the non box version. For the measurements I had an average of 43.75” front with 8.25” gap above the tires vs 44.75” and 9.25” gap with new suspension. In the rear, 45” and 9.5” gap vs 46.75” and 11.25” gap with the new suspension. Note that the driver side dimensions are lower than the passenger side and always have been with the factory setup to now (fairly consistent). The passenger side is typically around 1/2” higher than the driver side front and rear. Overall compared to the original factory setup, the truck is 4” taller with the 37s and the different suspension.

Overall height at tallest point? I didn’t catch that in your video.

It is 84.9” at the top of the antenna on the roof (at 32 sec mark).

I preferred the PW due to its solid front axle with lockers and disconnecting front sway bar which makes it better suited for rock crawling type off roading.
