    Man, this is by Far the Best Video on youtube explaining things very well vs. the half A** reviews I've seen. Im also very glad that you showed what type of battery is needed for the TPMS plugs. I just got mine delivered, which is being installed on a 63MPH Electric kick scooter that i use for work and running errands and can't wait to upgrade to this. I bought the entire set up kit off Amazon. Thank you again for making this very helpful video.

    I am super happy with my Chigee unit. It came with a custom mount for my 1300GS and sits right above the TFT. Replaced the Garmin Prep and it looks totally

    Most people have found there is no need for the locking nut on the TPM sensor, just hand tighten them and you should be good to go. We have TPMS on our 4x4 and they have been hand tightened only due to the rim configuration (Couldn't get the nut on the valve0 due to the rim type) so we just hand tightened them. Have done about 10,000Ks on some of the roughest roads and conditions (see Canning Stock Route) and they haven't budged. Thanks for the great content.

      It's for anti theft so you can't just unscrew them. Thanks for watching!

    I use the FOBO Bike 2 TPMs, and they have a handy T valve stem that works wonderfully so you don't have to remove the monitors to adjust air pressure. Plus it has the added benefit of a 90 degree so you don't have to struggle with putting the air chuck on it. Another great video as usual Sir. Keep on keepin' on!

    believe that OFT on your screen is an altimeter 0 ft, hence the mountain icon.....great videos, may buy one.....

    Really great vid. I've been looking at these for a while, and the Chigee seems to justify the extra expense over the endless others all over the web. I also appreciate the detailed in-depth install and usage review. Think I may be pulling the trigger on one of these...

    Great job! Install looks fantastic and non intrusive. One thing I can suggest would be where the rear cam wire heads forward under the tail light near where the silver screw is on the left side and then makes a slight bend towards the front before it disappears, I would take some sort of rubber fuel hose maybe 1/2 inch long, slice it down the side and place the slit rubber hose over the cam wire right at that area where the wire heads forward to prevent the cam wire from being blown around and possibly scuffing over time. I actually wrote this comment at the point where you show the completed rear cam wiring. I also suggest that this procedure to be wherever any non factory accessory wiring comes in contact and/or bends and comes in contact with frame, brackets, panels, etc. This may be a bit anal but, just thought I would make that suggestion in case you get caught on the road during a hurricane or do some off road Baja style riding. LOL! "wink"

      It's a pretty thick wire with heavy insulation, it can't flutter around. It's fully tensioned from the camera to the body work.

    Fantastic video!!!! Very detailed!! Question: What brand /model is the parking mode cable, at 21:58 into the video? Where does the USB connector going in your Chigee setup?

    • @TwoWheelObsession
      @TwoWheelObsession  Před měsícem +1

      Thanks! That was just an example from my pile, it wasn't for the Chigee. You would need to cut off the USB connector and custom wire one. I get them from Amazon just search for dashcam parking mode cable and I suggest you get one with the highest cutoff voltage available, or adjustable. And it needs to be 12v out. I'm sorry I don't have one to recommend, I don't use them here on the bike.

    That would be 0FT as in 0 feet of elevation. It looks like you have quite got to your GPS connection yet…

    Those valve sensors don't have an id. That's why they ask you to put front then rear. They got reversed because you only took the front one off and clicked pair. They state clearly DO NOT PUT SENSORS ON before pairing and you always have to go front then rear. I screamed so much at the screen. There's no mystery or poor instructions, just you misunderstanding them.

    • @TwoWheelObsession
      @TwoWheelObsession  Před měsícem

      I don't know what you think you saw, but I did not have either on the bike when trying to pair. And yes, the three sets of instructions are different, with only the supplement having the needed info about installing one on the bike as PART of the pairing process.
