You're amazing keep the videos coming you are changing the world. I passed my class thanks to you.
*A lot of great information. Some a little difficult to impliment but overall very informative. I agree that type II diabetis is due to obesity and while I was diagnosed as prediabetic, I did not want to take medication so I started following the plan from this book except for some minor changes. I have lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks which included Thanksgiving, Christmas parties and a birthday. I have 25 more lbs to lose and I will continue on my modified plan. Excercise is a major part of what the doctor (author) recommends and that comes easy for me. A great read and lots of excellent information.*
+Horacio Calabrese,, *Details >>**behealthy.pw/diabetes.html** . Hope It Helps.*
I would disagree with that statement. Obesity is not the cause of Type II diabetes. Hyperinsulinism is the cause. Overconsumption of carbohydrates (sugar) is the reason, thus leading to elevated levels of insulin, which leads to obesity, glucose intolerance, elevated blood pressure, elevated triglycerides. The overexposure of glucose in the bloodstream leads to dysfunction of the insulin receptor sites of the cells. The cell function is downgraded and Vuala....Type II diabetes.

Try fasting. More weight loss etc
The fat you eat blocks the insulin from entering the cells thus diabetis. I lost 55 pounds eating carbs and no longer have diabetis, I consume less than 55 of my calories from fats and only from healthy fats: nuts, seeds, avacoda etc

Ha ha - good catch, DarkuTotororoSann. Our teacher test group actually caught that error few months ago - but I haven't had a chance to re-shoot the end yet! It should correctly read, "that is how insulin helps the sugar you eat POWER the muscles you use." Thanks for commenting!
@DarkuTotororoSann sugar goes into muscle in a form of ATP in order of need to use energy
very helpful :) thanks a lot!

or excess sugar could be stored as glycogen in skeletal muscles or liver

No, turns into ATP (energy)
@2:28 "That is how insulin helps the sugar you eat turn into the muscle that you use" The truth is that sugar does not become muscle, sugar is one of the fuels that muscles use.
N!ce :)
