It should be tested by independent professionals whether EVM machine can be tampered or not. There is a reasonable doubt that EVM is not tampering proof.

Our 🇮🇳 government & election commission should give a real EVM, used microcontroller details & its instructions sets, used software and its source code to APP. And challenge either you prove it or shutdown your party or we should shutdown our govt. We Indian democratic peoples should accept the challenge & i do.
I don't think source code/ architecture should be open. If you want to test it, test the machine using the black-box way.
