We should have a 3 part procedure system, allowing everyone to vote both electronically and on paper, also adding in a fingerprint scanner as backup proof. it would be almost impossible to rig this way because of the process in which the information is recorded.

How are you going to get 7 minutes alone with a voting machine? Even 1 minute. It is double checked and there are only at the most 2-3'people responsible for a machine. You cant get into a voting site without a drivers license.

If you break into a voting machine and swap out the chip, how do you close the machine and seal it with a numbered seal? Do you have a seal maker with you that can print the same 6 digit number on it which is verified by an official before votes are counted? By the way, most voting places use scanners to count the votes, the voting machines are just printers. They do not store your information.
They could have been tampered with by Dominion before they were ever put on the floor. That's the allegation. Or people in on the scheme used USB drives to flash the Memory chip instead of removing it. These machines boot up off a USB with a special encryption. Its called a Dongle. BUT if you know the encryption or have the USB you can change the parameters. I think something like 35 USB cards were stolen from a warehouse in one of the states. All the people took was a laptop and a bunch of USB sticks. Those were probably the dongles.
