Quiet level crossing, located near the quite opposite, busy level crossing on the London Road (A2100) near Mountfield. The road here is quite narrow, and there's only two barriers. In the third closure, two Class 73 locomotives pass heading towards Hastings.

@@vastjonea it's good that the level crossing is led diodes instead of the incandescent bulbs as they last longer and when the led diodes die one by one because they don't have a filament to burn out
