Here is an updated version of the wording for the final stage starter abilities:
Insectivore: If hit by a bug-type move, the pokemon has it's hp restored (10% of max hp) instead of taking damage. If the user uses a biting move on a bug-type opponent, the user regains hp (10% of max hp)
Fortify: The pokemon takes no damage when hit by ground-type moves. Instead, its Defense stat is raised (x2)
Algae Coat: If hit by a grass type move, the pokemon has it's hp restored (10% of max hp) instead of taking damage and raises its Special Defense stat (1.5x)
Yes, these abilities are made to make the starters some of the best mons in the region. They are starters lol. Plus, the hidden ability would be locked until a theoretical postgame at least lol. Any further questions, I'm happy to answer
If this was made into a game, I'd be picking the fire starter for sure! I've always had a weakness for cows and its so adorable!
Me personally, I've always wanted an Italian region, and I think even just for these starters, you've pulled them off really good. I look forward to more of this region!
The water starter would probably be an absolute monster, high HP and defense stats with an ability that grants it an immunity to its weakness. It’d be a nuzlockers dream
It is only a hidden ability though, so I don't believe nuzlockers could get their hands on it lol

@@euromaps. At one point in time Sableye had no weaknesses.
@@Asi-Lives46 yeah but sableye isn’t very good. And getting rid of a 4x weakness means a lot of resistances with no drawbacks at all
Your designs take me back to the older generations of Pokemon. The concepts are closer to creatures than characters. They look amazing. I would pick the Water starter

I've always tought that an italian inspired pokemon game should have the map of a glove, instead that of a boot.

I never thought that's gonna happen but Hezard makes me question my loyalty to my first and absolutely favorite starter of all time Snivy.
The Hezard line is absolutely amazing. Cute and badass at the same time. Eventhough I'm not sure if I'm fashionable enough to train them xD
It's cool to see a slightly different route for your fire starter because most cow based Firesstarterfakemon look pretty similar, a Minitaur on fire. But the Roman empire elements make it stand out a lot.
And I love the theme of the waterstarter. Especially the "Artistblock". Such a creative take on it😁

I absolutely love all of these guys, but id have to choose amppo. He is just so happy, and I can imagine playing with it in a pokemon camp type area.
Theyre so cute and cool! My favs in their 1st stages are the grass and fire types but in both 2nd and 3rd my fav is the water type! 🩵✨️
Something I wanted to mention is that maybe the 2nd stages have so many details that make them look like they're already the final stage. At least the Grass and Fire ones.
All the first stages of your starters are the cutest!! You definitely channeled Fuecoco in your Water starter and I loved it!
Hezerd is my starter choice but all of your starters have pretty solid designs. The Grass starters final design is what sold me on the line more than anything, and I think we can all agree that Varazion is a dapper fellow hehe
And while I do agree the abilities are a little OP, I also agree that other starters have had dumber stuff or gimmicks. Not to mention there are canon Pokemon that can be a lot worse in power scaling like stats or typing. I feel that as long as you're having fun then who cares about a little overpowered-ness.
I surprised Italy is such a rare region for a Fakèmon region

Hipposh lo trovo alcuanto geniale. Riesce a rendere la fase intermedia molto interessante e non é solo un punto intermedio tra base ed ultima evo.
It's been a while since I've seen a starter trio that made me want to choose all three, bravissimo.
I love Amppo, Mudppo and Hipposh, I would definitely choose him as my starter, amazing video, amazing paintings, amazing art, well done Fede :>

I am struggling a lot to pick my favorite starter... these are all very strong concepts, designs, and personalities! If I was a brand new trainer in the Ivris region, I would totally be taken in by Hezard's cuteness... Only to find our personalities clash a lot when it evolves into Varanion! So, knowing the character arcs and concepts behind each Pokemon, I would ultimately choose Amppo because of my love for art :)
That hippo has my heart, even though I tend to lean towards fire

I absolutely LOVE all three starters! The Grass one would be my pick. But if I could, I would snatch all three of them up!

For a while now i have been at war with hippos (they are everywhere i look) and now you made a starter based on a hippo! I'm also an artist (at least im trying to be one) and i kinda feel double connected to this one not gonna lie. I was literally thinking if i should take the fire starter or the grass one, but now i know... that the thing that i see everywhere is actually my companion! oh great designs btw! I love all of them but i am taking the hippo thank you very much!

Absolutely love all of these starters and evolutions and definitely some of the best I’ve seen from any Fakemon/Pokémon concept videos. Found it really hard to pick which of the 3 I’d go for but it’d have to be Calburn for sure mainly due to the relation and tie in with Greek mythology and the Minotaur outcome 🔥

-Il secondo tipo per lo starter erba oscilla tra drago e veleno, mosse che credo possa imparare.
-Associare l'impero romano al toro piuttosto che al lupo è molto creativo.
-Bella l'idea dello starter ippopotamo è geniale, un'animale che inizialmente non assocerei a uno starter Pokémon.

Man, talk about an underrated Poketuber. Great art style, amazing concepts, and an interesting video format too. Plus, don't worry about the whole English not being your main language thing, it was perfect. Besides, if this starter trio was real, it would definitely be up there with some of my favorites, like IMO this would be the only trio in which I love the 3 alongside Gen 3 and Gen 4. That being said, I have to go with Meluros, it's awesome
this region is really great so far! definitely choosing the water starter, i love its character arc, and the final stage is one of my favourite starter fakemon i’ve ever seen.
All of these are great. Italy WOULD make a good region and I like the minotaur Fire-type line the most. I'd love that as my starter.

I would have to pick the water starter. I'm a writer, so I understand the feelings of artist's block and self-doubt. I just want to comfort them and help them gain confidence as they evolve into their final form.

Love the grass one but without fashion theme. Just a cool grassy lizard is enough.
It reminds me of earlier generations where we could imagine pokemon as real animals in nature.

These are incredible! Really hard to choose which Starter to go with.
I'd probably go for the Grass Starter since it's the closest to my play style. Looking at it's stats made me realize that we haven't had a Special Attack oriented Grass Starter since Sceptile (I guess Serperior too by technicality).
YES YES YES, FINALLY. AN ITALY REGION. Although I used Food and Cooking for my starter trio. A grass Dilophosaurus (The ingredients) A Fire goat (The grill) and Water Platypus (The cooling of food)

For the mud patterns on the paws for the final stage of your water starter I would like to think represent what most people would call "artist hands". You can just picture this Pokemon getting its hands dirty in the mud and sculpting something in the sun
Time for a mario pokemon, a spaghetti pokemon, and a canoli pokemon
I'd say I can relate to the artist's block, even though it's more drawing than sculpting. So I'll pick Amppo.

All the lines are formed by a very strong concept
I've seen a couple of fanart starter concepts, but this one actually fun and well thought out without being too much, Or too obscure in its inspiration.

I think Italy and Greece should be the one game for Pokémon, i think the history between the two would make for a super interesting Pokémon setting
Also if you want to use a minotaur you need to make it Greece too
You cant just make all those starers have immunities, just because you like them is no excuse to just make them all OP
