if you have early stages of any of these symptoms with an average A1C of 7 can they be treated or possibly reversed?

Both types of diabetes are an intolerance to modern foods. Before agriculture carbs, were a rarity in the diet, and sugar mostly unavailable except in the autumn. After agriculture was invented the amount of carbs increased, and diabetes appears. Type 1 is not having enough insulin to cope. Modern food production methods have massively increased the amounts and types of carbs in our diet and in the 20thC we have the emergence of Type 2, which is caused by excessive insulin rather than too little. So stop eating crap food, stop eating carbs- your dietary requirement is zero. And seek out healthy fats for energy. Ignore the ADA advice - they are paid by corporations who make drugs and sell sugar products.
