  • If you aren't seeing data on your Sungrow iSolarCloud monitoring app, chances are your inverter has lost connection to your Wifi network. You can easily reconnect Wifi to your Sungrow inverter by following the steps in the above video. Joe Springer, Springers Solar's Director, walks you through this simple process.
Before getting started, make sure that you:
    • Can get close to your Sungrow inverter
    • Your phone is connected to your Wifi network
    • That you can find your Wifi network in the iSolarCloud app
If your iSolarCloud can't locate your network, you may need to try restarting your modem or consider purchasing a Wifi extender if the modem is located far from the inverter's position.

Thanks mate good video. Wifi went offline yesterday & have reconnected with the help of this video. App seems to have lost data from when it went offline yesterday. Should I be able to get this back?

If you do not want to worry about using the app, could I just remove the dongle since we're not using it? I don't actually have wifi in my house.

If you don't need/want to connect to Wifi, you can definitely feel free to go ahead and remove it ☺Put it in a drawer for safe-keeping.

Hi, will the 5G wifi work for this?

Thanks for the question, the Sungrow WiNet Configuration WiFi setup says, "Please be aware of the WiNet dongle only compatible with 2.4G signal. For example, make sure the mobile is connected with Telstra0592 instead of Telstra0592-5G". Hope that helps.
