that is straight up a Konosuba face and I love this anime for every second of it.
these mouth enemies, you encounter them a lot in the game especially in the main story quests, it is the ones that throw rocks at you with one arm and usually hits the back row. and had their mouths always opened and acting like angry chickens. They are called Biggles in the game.
there is a snow version of these enemies, called Mookles

God every time I watch this I am reminded that the director and animation director have just mastered comedy. Even if its the same style of comedy as their other works, it never feels like forced comedy.
