  • Non-professional recording of the Epistle of Barnabas. an (anonymous) Greek epistle written between 70-132 CE. It is preserved complete in the 4th century bible manuscript Codex Sinaiticus (where it is bound at the end of the New Testament). The letter includes mention of the war of AD 70, an early Christian theology about kosher laws/kashrut (including some odd zoological errors), law Sabbath, eschatology, the cross, baptism, and ends with the teaching of the Two Ways, almost identical in many aspects to the Didache, encouraging believers to right action & obedience to Christ's command, & condemning sins such as pedophilia, abortion, infanticide, and neglect of the poor.

This book is much needed in the Bible, 1st because he walked many years with Paul, 2nd he says it as it is. Not sugar coating it, for we must repent and get baptized as they did in Jesus, name, ans for fill the new packed, with Christ, and live apart from sin! For now on

This book inspires, is that inspiration? 📖
A few points that remain for consideration.
The metaphorical typology of kosher dietary law can cause a potential tendency to take and eliminate literal translation.
Much of a speach inspired or common articulation depends on the hearer comprehending the speakers words accurately.
If you dont have rhe authority of writer then words must be taken as intended, proverbial interpretation can turn an idea into something altogether different than orators intended idea.
Metaphorical speach is sign of a mind inspired with extraordinary intellect but to begin see everything as metaphor can turn every idea into ambiguity when the literal concept intended was and should remain singularly defined by simplicity.

I think you did a good job; thank you' and may God bless you for your work. I think you could do better though, in some places read a little slower. Have you listened to the 'Book of Enoch' done by 'Ancient Astronaut Archives'' there are two audio books of the same book' I am referring to the one with 4.5 million hits, you may be able to do as well as him. Librivox does very many of these books, but their best narrator is a female named C.J. Plugh, excellent content, but it would be very nice to hear a male voice talking. Again thank you very much!

I tried to put information in the video description, the author of the epistle is unknown, but it is a very early example of Christian letters of exhortation from the first couple centuries, so it at least even if not inspired gives more background of the sorts of things many early Christians throught about.

If this 1500 year old bible found is unreadable then how could it have been translated?
And if it is the book of Barnabas, and is written in the original ancient (very old) Assyrian-Aramaic, (or Ktav Ashurit) and contradicts the Assyrian Aramaic or Ktav Ashurit (manuscripts) a long dead language, but said to be revived by native born Aramaic speaking translator Victor N Alexander from Bet Nahrein or Mesopotamia... and tells a different series of events about the Christ etc,Gnostic in origin...Then that's that's the reason it was left out of the bible...was non-canonical.
Also it probably has been deemed Pseudepigrapha, ,by the experts!
How did the experts translate from the original ancient (very old) Assyrian-Aramaic, (or Ktav Ashurit) a long dead language unless they like the native born Aramaic speaking translator Victor N Alexander from Bet Nahrein or Mesopotamia, found the way to "revive" that old dead language?
It's probably in the Syriac, not the original ancient (very old) Assyrian-Aramaic, (or Ktav Ashurit)!
As I stated, it is in the ancient Syriac! Not written in Greek originally, maybe later translated into Greek - not real Greek but a "Latinized" form of Greek!

This highly controversial ancient Bible is believed to be 1500-2000 years old...
==> It is written in Syriac, a dialect ( modern version) of the native language of Jesus.

You're not wrong mate, but what it comes down to is if the Pope and his lackys claim it to be "legitimate" enough to be placed into the Bible lol - Now let's keep in mind that there are many Gospels and even the Dead Sea Scrolls, but only a few stories were actually approved to be in the old and new testaments.
Why? Because any Gospel even if legit which would make Jesus Christ out to be 1. Not divine or the son of God, 2. A Gospel like this which would contridict the entire scematics of the known Christian faith, or 3. Simply make him out to look like a bad person or liar of which there are a few.. Would be ultimately squashed. These types of gospels are quickly deemed fake and never placed into the Holy Bible so that Christanity may flourish.
And if the Dead Sea Scrolls can be translated which was also made thousands of years ago, then this gospel wouldn't be too difficult to desipher.
      Simple as that.

    • @seekthegeek
      @seekthegeek Před 2 lety +1

      Excellent mate; excellent statement!
Perhaps...If there were Jews involved, they probably pushed that certain books be included in the O.T.
Yes; the Roman Catholic church had it's hidden motives and agendas, since Nestorius (and others to follow) argued (with Cyril,or others like him affiliated members of the RCC) that Jesus was of 2 substances, or natures.
That he was both Divine and Human, or God and man!
Immediately they get labeled a Heretic, persecuted even killed, etc, as it goes against their Dogma and doctrines.
As they want to be the #1!
And any church with the same beliefs, prior to these or after, get the same treatment!
This is what the original, ancient Apostolic Orthodox Catholic church of the East went through for 2000 years...and also from the Greeks,Genghis Khan and the mongols,Kurds,Isis,Islam,Tamerlane, etc.
When the Dead Sea Scrolls were first being translated, a Roman Catholic priest was sent in to help translate etc as the Roman Cathy church were scared it may reveal a different story to theirs and expose them as liars!
So they didn't want the Dead Seas scrolls published, and released to the public, when finished!
I think top theologians like Bart D Erhman, are either the real deal, and actively say the "Lost Gospels" are pseudopigrapha, when they say they can date these, but can't verify the author.
If it can be proven Bart is a shill (being paid handsomely by the Vatican to put out deliberate misinformation,disinformation)...
      then I'd go with this!
"These types of gospels are quickly deemed fake and never placed into the Holy Bible so that (their form of,or even today's modern) Christianity may flourish".
For if they weren't, they'd be seen in the original, ancient (very old) Aramaic manuscripts, both the O T (sacred, scribal old tongue or language, the Leshana Ateeqa Supprayah,Ktav Ashurit (Assyrian-Aramaic,and Ktav Ivri - original, ancient (very old) Hebrew as the tale of Lilith is!)
I think many of these were deliberately left out of the bible, because their content was /is totally wacky, and fairy tale ridiculous! :)
Or they were found they weren't written by Adam as claimed, to say, and known to be one of many fraudulent books, floating around in the Council era,and also the 15th -16 centuries, written by people in that era to answer the peoples endless questions in regard to bible scripture! :)
The Apostle Paul was aware of letters, books claimed to be written by him, when they really weren't, so he added a "key indicator, to his writings,so those he was writing to or for, knew they were genuinely
      written by him! :)

All sacrifices are for your father the devil. The creator or you who offer anything through the law. Yeshua (Jesús) is our God and there’s no sacrifice needed or law since the saved and good don’t need laws but the evil ones do.
The god who gave the law was the devil the creator now all the prophets were used by our only true GOD to rely a future massage to us that the savior the ultimate sacrifice was to come.
It’s done! This book sounds evil
Jesús is the head of prophecy and anyone who talks about the Old Testament are wicked since Jesus is the way. Unless they’re using it as reference for Jesus but if not is evil.
