Hello Michael. Great video but the gradient tool isnt working for me for some reason. Its always given me a selection when i try mask it out with black. any suggestions?

when i try to use the gradient tool, the red quick mask disappears...

One totally unrelated tip. Use some Highpass or lowshelf filter on your microphone (or audio track when you edit). There's a lot of low frequency booming, pops etc. It's destracting me from what your saying! ;)
