Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Thanks for watching and just be sure to keep watching looking for your content it will air but probably not immediately after it happens!
This channel is my new guilty pleasure. The GTOger channel's business moved so no more towed cars with "Drum Beats" and the 11foot8 Can Opener bridge was raised +8 gets fewer meals so this is it. 🤣
Needs more Jetsons sound effects for the Jet Skis.
Actually a pretty calm day 😊
A common problem is rarely people think that trailer maintenance is necessary…
A common problem is people.
Every time I see a vehicle struggle to pull a boat out of the water, all I can think about is, poor transmission. 😢
??
Maybe I’m wrong but I’d be more worried about about the clutch. The damage usually comes from the transmission getting too hot because you towed something heavy in a high gear for too long.
does not hurt the trans at all. tires will show some scuffing. What is bad is if the wheels are not turning as that heats up the torque convertor which heats up the trans fluid. Long as the tires are turning nothing bad is happening to the trans. A lot more pressure is put on the trans at highway speeds pushing all that air and 2 tons of vehicle at 70.
Most of the time is skill issue too.
Its a two wheel drive with 2 season tires. Thats the issue
I'm guessing that few trucks are 4wd in Florida.
I live in Florida and own an F150 King Ranch and yes, it’s 4WD. My dad taught me if you get a truck, it should AWLAYS be 4WD. Kinda like a 6 cylinder “muscle” car 🤣🤣
The cutting edge technology in solar energy is so sensitive now it can gather usable amounts of electricity from star-light!
If it is an axle how does that break
Pro Tip, when buying a boat factor in your tow vehicle so you're not that guy who can't get out of the ramp. Think 4X4.
I have to say, the guys in the inflatable, 5:00. A regular life vest goes about $20-$30. Why would you buy one of those orange ones that goes over your neck and is uncomfortable as hell when you're just riding in the boat?
Because if your life vest is already on then you don’t have to put on while unconscious.
Does florida not know about 4wd?
When my tires start slipping, I just switch into 4 wheel drive and it comes right out.
My four wheel drive is broken so I just let mine slip into the water and make a claim for a new one.
2:50 I just don’t know how people are this weak ? When I was just a kid, my family had a 29ft Birchwood GRP deep keel river cruiser, twin inboard diesel engines, hundreds of gallons of fuel storage & a huge cold water tank & hot water as well, 6 berth with galley, toilet & shower, I was always the bow man, 11 years old, i’d be off that boat like a shot when we were mooring or traversing locks, rope in hand, the boat never pulled me about ! I always used the bollards & cleats.
Poor transmission on the vehicles that can’t pull big boats out of the water. 😂😂😂
How does that affect the transmission?
That's a 4000lb boat loaded. If there's an issue pulling with the truck that far up on the ramp, it's due to bad tires.

Here lately whenever there’s someone stuck trying to pull their boat from the dock and their tires are spinning, you see people standing there by a boat behind them waiting. I’m thinking there’s someone that’s monitoring the ramps that should go over and say that if they would help out they would get out of their way a lot faster. It should be common sense but they just keep on watching.
Imagine a CZcams channel about nothing but parking boats……..😳 The one showing grass growing in real time or the one monitoring the second hand on a clock….
How about some EV actions of stupidity????
