This is the first time i see a katana withstand so much abuse, especially for a differentialy hardened one without breaking/bending. it looks on par with cloud hammer S5 shock steel. That is very good quality 👍

I saw two similar tests on CZcams (Japanese Sword Makers). But it didn't turn out too well. Large hakobore and broken blades.

impressive, what steel is this made of ? and you talked about hamon, is it differentialy hardened ?
Tamahagane and oroshigane own production. Hamon hardened, Ichimonji style. They are blades from my regular production. Jem had some minor flaws.
