1.Diffusion
2.Sugar particles occupies space with water molecules
3.Arract each other
Sir please check the answer...
1- Diffusion
2- particles of matter have intermolecular spaces b/w them.. so salt molecules occupies those empty space and spread throughout the water and hence the level of water do not increases.
3-particles of matter attract each other .
His explanation is better than our school teachers...

👍
Yes yes
You are right
Off course, I understood the concept clearly
1.diffusion
2.it occupies the space between water molecules
3.the attraction of particles is weak in liquid, so we can easily cut it
Excellent!! All your answers are correct :)

13:50 FOUR CHARACTERISTICS OF PARTICLES OF MATTER clearly explained on the concept board.
1. Diffusion
2. Because particles of salt occupied the space left between particles of water.
3. Property is particles attract each other and water have lower traction power that's why we can cut water
You are the best teacher, you explain without using any book and you always give us practical knowledge without telling us to take tension of getting marks👍😉😉🥰🥰🥰🌼🌸🌷☺️🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
1. Smell of food spreads from the kitchen due to diffusion
2. Dissolving salt in water does not increase the level of water as the dissolved salt particles take up the space in between the water molecules
3. This shows the 4th characteristic of matter, or the 'attract each other' one.
Thank you Manocha Academy
But the answer of 3rd question can also be that they particles of matter have spaces between them , due to which the diver is able to cut through the water...🤔
Well...... there are spaces between the particles coz their's less force of attraction 😅
I think both r correct 🙄
1) it is beacuse of the continuse movement of matter which is know as kenetic energy.
2) Salt dissolve in water because of the the salt will further divide in smaller particles i occupies spacein between.
3) it is because the force of attraction of water is weak.
1 ans) smell of the food from the kitchen spreads because particles of matter are moving
2ans) as salt brckes down into smaller particles and occupy the space between water
3 ans) swimmer cuts through water because the attraction between water molecules r less
Is my answer correct?
1 because the particles of matter are continues moving
2. Because the salt particles get into the space between the particles of water.
3. Particles of matter attract each other .
1. Diffusion
2. because the salt particles diffuse and take spaces in between the water molecules
3.particles of air have a very weak attraction force
Ans1. Diffusion where two different particles mixes
Ans2. Salt occupies the space between water molecules
Ans3. Because force of attraction was weak as compared to force of energy......
Thanks a lot.. I don't have words to say. How good u teach... A real hero. Who educates children for free🙏🙏🙏
Q1 diffusion
Q2 because , when salt dissolved in water it break itself into many small particles and get adjusted at blank spaces between water molecules
Q3 force of attraction is different in different substances
Yay it's right bro perfect 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
1- Diffusion
2- because particles of salt will breakdown in small pieces and dissolve in water.
3- Particles of matter attract each other
But if the force of attraction is weak than it will be easy for us to breakdown or cut anything.
Ya this is only
1. The particles move continuously. This is because the air particles have spread in to the whole room.
2. They break in to tiny particles.
3. The attraction of particles are weak.
You are a very good teacher!!
Ans 1- Diffusion
Ans 2 - Dissolving salt in water does not increase the level of water because salt get apart into tiny particles and water molecules have spaces between them .
Ans 3 - while swimming, a swimmer, "cuts" through the water because force of attraction is weak in water molecules .
Hai sir I am Nivash
I am watching your video first time. It is so good.
Answers for your question:
1.Particles continually move.
2.There is something space in the water.
3.Attract each other
Is this answers are correct.
Sir I have some douts:
1.When did the water level increase by adding salt?
2. How can we calculate the space in the water?
3.Why this process is not happening in solid state?
4.Why salt or sugar dissolve in water?
5.Does this process occur in other liquids like petrol?if it not why
Q1:Because the matter is continuously moving
Q2:because sugar is settled in the spaces between the water particles
Q3: because the attractionof molecules of water is very loss
Ans1: smell of food Spread form the kitchen by its own, the process responsible for this is 'diffusion in air'
Ans2 when we dissolve salt or sugar in water there is no increase in the level of the water because the tiny molecules of the salt and sugar when became very small the particles of the salt and sugar is going between the spaces of the water particles.
Ans3 a swimmer can easily cuts through the water because of the characteristic of particles of matter:'because of less force of attraction between the particles of the water 'and as ' water particles have some spaces between them'.
Thank you for your answers
This is the best way to teach❤

This Really Helped Me With My Online Class, Great Explanation! 🥰
Glad it helped!
1. Diffusion
2. Because the molecules of salt occupies the space of the water called intermolecular space

The best explanation of matter was in this channel . Iam exited to see other videos dor more knowledge.
Thankyou sir to explain us in very simple language
Not dor that is for
Thanks and welcome
01.PARTICLES OF MATTER ARE CONTINOUSLY MOVING.
02.THE TINY PARTICLES DIFFUSED & MIXED IN THE WATER MOLECULES.
03.PARTICLES OF MATTER HAVE SPACE BETWEEN THEM.
THANKS SIR,,,NICE WORK😘😘😘
1st's answer = particle moving continually ( Diffusion)
2nd's answer= Because far molecule in liquid so there are many space in it then salt dissolved in it
3rd's answer= particles attract each other
Excellent!! All your answers are correct :)
Also try the Quiz for this video on my Website. Quiz button is below the video: www.manochaacademy.com/chemistry/matter-in-our-surroundings/l/characteristics-of-particles-of-matter
1= Diffusion
2= Because the particles of water have space between them
3= because the force of attraction is week between the particles of water
yes sir your voice is very crispy and I love hearing it.. The way you teach using some interesting facts and experiments.
good job
Thank you so much sir....
Can do these experiments and make a video of it and submit it for my Chemistry Project
1. The particles of matter are continuously moving.
2. That's because we know that there is space between the particles. In this ques, the particles of salt is dissolved in the space between the molecules of water.
3. As we know that the particles of matter attract each other. In this que, the particles of liquid have less force of attraction. That's why swimmer cuts through the water.
1) The smell of food can reach our nose when the process of diffusion takes place......
2) This is because when salt particles dissolve in water it will be broken into very very tiny particles
And as we know that there is space between the particles these broken tiny particles of salt crystals will occupy the space
3)this is because in gaseous state the attraction of particles is not that much strong
Sir please
.....pin my comment.....
If my answer is crt
1.because the particles move continues
2.because the salt particles becomes tiny and dissolve in the water particles
3.particles of matter attracted
1.diffusion
2. It occupies the space between water molecules
3.The attraction of particles is weak in liquid so, we can easily cut it
Excellent class and sound transfer of concepts.

Q1. Diffusion
Q2. The salt particles get into the spaces between the water particles
Q3. Particles attract each other
1.Diffusion
2.Because inter molecular space of water is left for dissolving salt
3.Force of attraction is less in liquids
q 1. diffusion
q 2. because the matter particles (here water particles) have spaces between them and salt particles occupy these spaces and there is no increase in volume.
q 3. the particles of matter attracts each other and this attraction differs from one matter to another.
1.continuosly moving.
2.bcoz the millions tiny particles mix with the water molecules
3.particles of matter attract each other which is weaker than the solid
Q1) Your answer is correct, but I asked to name the process not the characteristic. Process is called diffusion.
Q2) Answer is: Salt is able to dissolve in water since there are spaces between the particles of water.
Q3) Your answer is correct!!

Hi sir , as u said in this video that a sugar contains a quintillion no.of molecules .Does a salt also have a no.of molecules or no ? If yes how many no.of molecules does it contain ? And explain us in ur upcoming video with an experiment .Thanks in advance sir . 😊☺
Every matter has many molecules in it and the number is not specific it will take many years to count
@@shaez5281 I know that but as they counted for sugar why can't they count for salt too !
@@shaez5281 This is too obvious
Q1. particles of matter are continuosly moving
Q2. molecules o'f water break down into small pieces and dissolve in the space present between the molecules of water
Q3. molecules of water have more intercellular space between them
1st answer- because of diffusion.
2nd answer-according to second characterstic water have space between them.
3rd answer-according to fourth characterstic solid is most attractive matter and gases are least. So swimmer could easily cut water.
Thanks your teaching is very very good you are best in explainer
Thanks and welcome
Sir please try to upload maths CBSE class 9 full course...🤗it is a big request sir...😊
1. Because of the process of diffusion
2. Because the particles of salt dissolves between the molecules of water
3. Matter attract each others whereas in water attraction between the water molecules are low
1) Diffuse
2) salt mix with water wear water space with their particals.
3) 4 charetaristic

Q2 answer: water has small spaces between them
Q3: answer: weak force of attraction between the water
1.diffusion
2.because the water molecules having space for another substance
3.force of attraction less in water
Q1: diffusion,Q2: tiny particles of salt take place the space between the water molecules. So it doesn't increase in level,Q3:force of attraction
Sir the answers are given below
1)Diffusion
2)Because the water molecules breaks the salt particles into tiny particles and they go and settle down between water molecules
3)Particles of matter attract each other
AND SIR I UNDERSTOOD THE CONCEPT
1) Osmosis
2)Diffusion

Why is it that snow that falls on the mountain peaks look diffrent from ice that we make at home , although both of them are made up of water
Nice question
Bc snow and ice aren't the same thing lol
Snow and ice are made of the same material but snow is composed of crystals with regular shapes, while ice forms as sheets or solid chunks. The difference between snow and ice lies in how water freezes into its solid formThough ice and snow are both made up of water, there is a difference between the two.
Here's your answer, I hope it helps😁
1:- continuously moving
2:-particles of matter have place between them
3:-they attract each other
Q1) The kinetic energy is responsible for the smell to spread.
Q2) It is because the small particles of the sugar takes up the space between the water molecules.
Q3) It is because the force of attraction between the particles of water is less so we can cut through the water.
1: continue moving of molecules. 2: salt dissolve in water. 3: force of attraction

2.because it make space in between water molecules
3 .Particles attract each other
You are a dream teacher of every student. I watched it on 0.75x speed. U Nailed it !!! More thanks ☺️
Solutions: 1) Particles of matter are continuously moving and this is also because kinetic energy is directly proportional temp. So when something is cooking in the kitchen at High temp. the smell tends to move rapidly and repeatedly and the whole kitchen is full of that smell take example of Halwa...2) particles of matter have space between them water being a liquid has less intermolecular force of attraction and therefore has space between whereas salt being a solid has much strong force of attraction and therefore has almost no space in between particles it takes the space between liquid and dissolves...3) particles of matter have space between them.
Thanks sir for helping poor and helpless (without tusion) student like me 🥺😢👏🙏🙏
Happy to help
QS 1ANSWER, DIFFUSION. QS 2ANSWER, BECAUSE PARTICLES OF MATTER HAVE SPACE BETWEEN THEM.
GA's particles diffusion Is the movement of molecules from a higher concentration to a lower concentration through a semipermeable membrane
1.diffusion
2. Salt breaks down into tiny particles and fills the space in the water particle
3.the 4th characteristic particle attract
1- Diffusion
2-Sugar molecules occupy space with water molecules
3-because there is is not much attraction betwwen the molecules of water. This show that they do not attract each other
1st :- due to diffusion of particles
2nd:- liquid have interparticle spaces
3rd:- particle attraction less in water
His explanation is more good than our teachers.
Glad to hear that. Thanks
1 )diffusion
2) the particles of the have space between them so the salt is dissolve in water and it increases level
3) particles of matter attract each other and we can cut the water easily
1. The smell of food spreads from the kitchen because the particles of food are continuously moving and diffuse with the particles of air . This process is called diffusion.
2.the water level doesn't increase because after when sugar goes into the water the sugar breaks down into it's particles and occupy the space between the particles of water because particles of matter have space between them.
3. A swimmer is able to cut through the water but the water remains together after that because particles of water attract each other.
thank u sir it really helped me a lot to do my project on this topic
Glad it helped
Excellent explanation.
Experiments added to the video made the videomore interesting👍👌.
Sir question: Solids are rigid so their shape cannot be change but if we try to do so with for example a spoon we can by acting great force on it (it will bend) is this not change in the shape,if no then why?
1. Particles of matter is continuously moving due to which the kinetic energy is high for which diffusion is fastest so the smell of food spread from the kitchen
2. particles of matter have space between them and water particles allow the salt particles to dissolve with them and get into the particles of water, so the level of water didn't rise
3.allowed the swimmer to cut through the water
Thanks for the video. It was amazing👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
very nice explanation I am studying this chapter and video during qurantine
Me too.!!
Top 3 questions answers
1.Diffusion
2.When salt dissolves in water salt splits into tiny particles and occupy the space between water this shows the 2nd property
3.There attraction is very less that is why a swimmer cuts through the water
1. Diffusion
2. Bczz particles have space between them
3. This shows that liquid particles attract each other but not more than solids since some solids are very harded to break down
This is a very good session 😊

1 Particles are continually moving.
2 Because it occupies space in it.
3 Because of the force of attraction
1)Diffusion
2)Beacause they have space between them
3)particles of matter attract each other.
Sir how can we conclude that the particles are small only?? Large particles can also spread into the water...Please reply
Larger particles would not mix
1.because of diffiusion the particles are continously move
2.because salt is broken into tiny particles and occupies the space between the water
3.because the attraction is low in liquid
marvelous and extraordinary explanation
Glad you liked it
.particles are continuously moving
2.because salt particles are arrange the al molecules
3.because attack each other
Ans 1- the process responsible for spreading the smell of food from kitchen is called diffusion . And it says that particles of matter are continuously moving
Ans 2- dissolving salt in water does not increase the level of water because salt particles where get broken into tiny tiny particles
Ans 3- it shows that particles of matter attract each other and some has less attraction for example- chalk
1- Diffusion
2- Salt molecules spreads evenly with the water molecules
3- The force of attraction is weak in water molecules
1 = kinetic energy
2= because they fill the empty space between the water molecules
3= because the particles attract to each other and is very weak that we can cut off in between
Your right ✅
✅
Ans 1 : The particles of food start mixing up with air and spread the smell of food from the kitchen . Diffusion process is responsible for this . ( Particles are contiously moving )
Ans 2 : Dissolving salt in water does not increase the level of water because the particles of salt break into very very tiny particles and they enter into the spaces of water molecules . ( Particles have spaces between them )
Ans 3 : While swimming, a swimmer "cuts" through the water . This shows "they attract each other" characteristics of particles of matter . Water molecules have weaker attraction than solids.....
( Particles attract each other)
Sir I want u to tell me are my answers right ? Do I need to improve something ? I hope u will see my comment and answer me as fast as u can....
Btw , tq for this great explanation 😊
1. Diffusion
2.it iz broken down into tiny particles wen dissolves
3. Particles of water attracts each other
1.Molecules move constantly
2. The salt breaks down in the water and occupies the space between the molecules
3. The attraction of molecules of water is poor .so that's why the swimmers can easily cut through the water
Hope I Was correct 😊
