About one year ago i commented that distinction between the genius and average is getting starker....that was on the last season of 'Strings'......and now after listening to first season from Ali Hamza & Co........my conviction have strengthened.......whole of coke studio seasons put together, after Rohail cannot come near to this master peace or any of his similar works for that matter. Coke ......if you are listening please have mercy on the soul of music, let Rohail take over it again.......... Rohail....please create something ........to me your GOD gifted talent is a trust which you should utilize and not just go in solitude.
This has got to be a fusion classic. Towards the end there it became a Jazz piece! Brilliant voice. Brilliant arrangement and tremendously talented musicians from what seems to be every corner of the world!

I think its difficult for two music directors to work together. They both are great in their own right, yet very different styles. I am more interested to see indian singers working with Rohail Hayatt, and Pakistani singers working with Allah-Rakha Rehman.

It is the language in which great ancient poets like Amir Khusro wrote. Not even for a moment did Madam Zara lose the rythm of the song and accent of the language, as if she is fluent in it.
