- A terribly inappropriate outfit, hypocritical speeches and a very expensive PR push. Day one of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle's Nigeria visit has begun and while the press is predictably positive, there's already been quite a bit of cringe from the Sussexes. Today's video includes the Meg's peach dress, their visit to a grade school and their speeches as well as the general press reactions so far.

As a mom and a former preschool teacher I can tell you that Mother's Day is very important for children. They make gifts and they are so proud. Many make breakfast in bed for mommy. Very surprising that this trip could not have been put off a week.
Their speeches were given to Kindergarten pupils!! Seven years old (if that) or younger. Such kids do not have the cognitive maturity to understand anything of what these two preached. Maybe if they were talking to (at) adolescents it could work. But such youngsters??!! Such poor preparation & disrespect for those kids.

I am not defending MM but the Nigerian lady that tried to introduce MM to those two girl students that were going to present her with a gift, had a strapless dress on also. The straps were there but hanging down off her shoulders obviously both in the front and back and the background color of the dress was so similar to the lady’s own skin tone, that it made one look twice to see if she was wearing something! The flowered print then broke the allusion.
