How many times a day should I turn this on? or keep on all the time? I am noticing more algae ever since I install this product. Is there anything that I am not doing right?
Michael Vuong Dear Michael, Here is a simplified explanation, according to Enbion patent (Twinstar Manufacturer) The Twinstar performs a sterilizing operation by doing following two actions: • First, as a direct action, Twinstar destroys cell membranes of a microscopic organism such as germ by means of an electrical potential difference between the interior and the exterior of their cell membranes, by applying voltage to the microscopic organism. • Second, as an indirect action, Twinstar generates radical and sterilizes the fish tank by means of the radical. In addition, Twinstar may assist the growth of water plants in the fish tank. That is, positive ions such as Ca+2, K+, Mg+2, Fe+2, Zn+2, and/or Na+ are activated in water by Twinstar, thereby contributing to the growth of the water plants. Twinstar includes a first conductive mesh, a second conductive mesh, and a spacer which is disposed between the first conductive mesh and the second conductive mesh and insulates the first conductive mesh and the second conductive mesh. Accordingly, in the fish tank, algal blooms are prevented and reduced, fish disease is prevented, and the growth of water plants is expedited. Look at the bubbles of the CO2. The left tank has much higher bubble rate for CO2! That is very bias. At 2:02. The one with algae attacked has no CO2!!!!! What happen to the tank at day 45?
agree, why isn't the c02 on in the second tank. And this video is meaningless because of how easy it is to manipulate, it's made by the people selling the product after all...
It produces H2O2; a very strong oxidizer which can kill a lot of things [including algae, bacteria, invertebrates and even fish if not careful] if overdosed. No different than adding ozone or KMnO4.
A bit suspicious, u can clearly see the "bad" tank has far less co2, weak bubble stream and diffusor closer to the top of the Aquarium.

i just bought it ... do i have to turn off the twinstars nano when the lights off ??? or keeping it operate for 24h ??
For how many hours a day to be used in nano Aquarium?
Hmmm. How does this work?
I would appreciate a video that explains how this product works. After looking at one of your patents, I noticed that you called it an oxygenator.

Dear Michael,

you just gave me an idea: what if you used an oxygen tank on a co2 diffuser?
Look at the bubbles of the CO2. The left tank has much higher bubble rate for CO2! That is very bias. At 2:02. The one with algae attacked has no CO2!!!!! What happen to the tank at day 45?
+Maxime Caudebec Show me prove that both tank has same CO2 levels. Can you?
agree, why isn't the c02 on in the second tank. And this video is meaningless because of how easy it is to manipulate, it's made by the people selling the product after all...
Agreed
Is this going 24h?
어항 잘꾸며네...
What about the fertilisation in the two tanks?
From what i know ADA fertilizers were added daily for this film.
This just happened in the video's tanks. In real life is everybody waiting for some results. Nothing!!!
cool !!!!!!!!!
Wow!!!
bro the good tank has a much higher co2 bubble rate. What a scam.
soo is not making O2 its only co2?
only kids will buy after watch this video...
This is an obvious exaggeration of your product! I am completely sure you are overdosing the tank on the right and adding more hours of light
+Balhiem Amanhui and no co2, thats way algae grow.
Yes, the way algae grow on that tank is too much, almost looks like an algae scrubber
Yeh it's quite easy to see why. Probably no water changes either. The fact that i can't find what chemical is in the device is putting me right off.
There are no chemicals involved, the device causes an electrolysis I think, and that's what kills algae cells
