It isn’t that simple even for an adult. She needs more than just a bus ticket. She needs some days off of work - likely with no pay. She needs someone to watch her existing children - some 59% of women seeking terminations already have children. How much will THAT cost for the several days she is gone?
And, because red states try to prevent health insurance from covering terminations, she must pay whatever medical costs there are.
Sure, a rich lady can simply travel somewhere and “take care” of any unwanted pregnancies. The rest of us face insurmountable obstacles, both financial and logistical.

It took 5 seconds for me to ask about an abortion. An unwanted child was never an option. No family, no support system, working and studying. Not possible. So I ended it. Never looked back, finished studies, good job and some years later a couple of kids on MY terms, not mother natures.
