@@gearupaaron Judging by my first impressions I was thinking about sending them back,but I got a good handle on the graphic eq I was able to get some more mid bass from them and tame some of the treble down a bit, I’m very happy @ the moment. I have until January 31st to send them back. I have a set of Tozo Openfit buds that is a strong contender as well. They are less than one third the price. The TOZOs don’t have a graphic eq, but they sound very good with their Bass Booster preset enabled. Time will tell…decisions decisions..a good problem to have..cheers my friend.
I’ve been going back and forth between the two sets and I decided I’m going to keep the Tozos and send the Soundcore aerofit pros back. As good as the Soundcore app is the Tozos beat the Airofit pros in tuning and volume. Soundcore needs to go back to the drawing board for what they are charging. The Tozos are really close in sound quality to me Senny HD600s. That is a strong statement but I stand by my findings.
great review...at first, i had buyers' remorse b/c i just purchased my second shokz open run pro and was contemplating getting the AOpro...but after watching, i think i made the right decision...additionally, the shockz open run pro also does not appear to be loud enough...so I made the suggested internal iphone adjustments and got a sound booster app...and now it's almost way too loud...be safe...also great editing!

Hi, Soundcore dropped a major software update a couple of days ago. It included over a dozen new sound profiles. The Bass Boost profile is excellent and really improves the music I listen to. Quite a game changer Are you going to conduct an update review?

The adjustable neckband is a really great idea, but I agree it should have been available to both choices. Neither are cheap!
I got the Truefree F1s a while ago, and while they don't have a ton of base , I'm blown away by the wide soundstage they have! Hope your family is keeping well🙂

I ordered the Pro today I thought the Pro sounded the Best, I also think they should have made the case bigger for the band - with having a choice of a band or no band. I took my BRAND NEW BOSE ULTRA OPEN EARBUDS back for they were AWFUL AWFUL, so disappointing. I am really looking forward to my new Pro......
I've heard that about the Truefree.. Literally just unboxing a TOZO Openreal. How they hang on me there's extra bass and almost "no" soundstage. Fit like a cannonball :) I'm sure that on the right head these will balance out well ..Have the PadmateS30 that don't fit me well either. ..

I'm likely to stick with bone conduction. for the sake of comfort and control. All of the AC buds(bandless) I've seen have finicky touch controls... hold for volume adjust(where available).. trippple press, try again ....@@gearupaaron

There are so many things I liked about the pro's, but I returned them. The main reason being, due to the ear hook being in a fixed position, the driver unit didn't sit low enough on my ear to get the optimum sound delivery. They sounded great at home, but outdoors, the music was drowned out by heavy traffic and wind noise. The lack of tripple tap on the controls is a glaring omission too.

Nice, mics are good for these open earbuds, but if any of them has no multipoint connection feature is useless.
The Pro version is pretty much an air conduction Shokz Openrun Pro (I own the Pro and Pro mini). LDAC is a waste imo on this form factor (makes more sense with tws iems which I also own), they should have stuck with SBC and AAC on the pro and lowered the price to under $150. I mostly listen to podcasts with some music mixed in on my runs and based on the volume limitations that you mentioned this may not be loud enough when there is crowd noise, great real world review and new subscriber here.
Soundcore's able to slap LDAC on most of its new devices (headsets and speakers included) because it paid a nice sum to Sony for the license, so why not get your money's worth?
@@gearupaaron Battery life and connection stability takes a substantial hit when using it plus not really discernable unless using audiophile level gear and music source.

I’m glad you gave a proper review. I purchased the Aero Fit Pro and I am pleased with it, but I wish the volume level would go higher. Several reviews do not tell the truth concerning the bass quality. THIS DEVICE does not have BANGING BASS. It has decent sound for a pair of open ear style headphones. I like the feature that allows you to cut of the device manually and back on without having to place the device in the charging case, this gives you the ability to use the device without always having the case with you👍🏽

Compare the Aerofit to these other two? That's improbable because they're completely different types of earbuds.

The regular model has it, but the way you have to grab the buds to put them on, there's gonna be tons of unwanted taps.
How do open earbuds fair inside a gym where there is background gym music. Will be listening to two music environments at the same time?

Great question, for the Aerofits, leakage is pretty controlled unless you're close to 80 percent and above.

Like, to other people around you? Not too bad actually. If you're asking about sound intrusion, it can get high depending on the ambient noise.

These are not very comfortable due to aggressive curve of ear hooks. The cylindrical portion which has battery is very thick. It becomes uncomfortable for many. Sound quality and battery is good. But after short durarion these becomes uncomfortable behind the ear. I found shokz open ear fit are very comfortable and well thought design.

@@gearupaaronyup, very suspect all positive marketing. My Tozo Openbuds broke the next day after I got them, 7km into a 10km run! Touch panels were playing up way before that once sweat got onto them
Why are the Soundcore Aerofit Pro SOOOOOO EXPENSIVE? Does the company NOT realize/rationalize that it will be selling thousands and thousands of sets at an affordable price? Sadly, after a year or two, all the greedy merchants end up selling the unsold inventories at huge discounts and losses.

Oladance ows pro and ows2 broke my ears out with what ever they are made of .
This never happens with my shokz openrun pro or openfit .
The oladance pro and ows2 sound way better than shokz openfit but with what the oladance caused to my ears I have to return them .
Meanwhile my ears have to heal up .

@gtbigdog3507 I only wore ows2 for 4 hours and now I'm healing up from the skin just seemingly deteriorating off of ears . They need to make oladance from same material as shokz openfit . My shokz have never bothered my ears in any way at all .

Hey arron got the aerofit pro and they sound good but they hurt the concha of my ears just like the oladance ows pro .
Soundcore clearly didnt do human testing on these as i cant be the only one these hurt their ears .
Shokz Openfit have a perfect fit .

That's also why I mentioned during my run demo that this one-size-fits-all setup just won't cover a lot of the demographic.
Wish the price was $150. That would make them competitive. The price right now is a little expensive. Inexcusable that you can't control. Also wished they released only one kind of Aerofit, not two.
Not sure why Soundcore didn't launch with a sale price. Usually they have 10-20% off for the first few weeks or so, but oddly not this time.
