I LOVE THIS!!! What a great collection. This would be the ultimate road trip. Used to spend many a vacation trip armed with a tape recorder. Went through a good few cassettes going to Florida. Thanks for posting these.

Is this from 1987? The "new" movie "Heat" with Burt Reynolds in mentioned around 23 minutes in.
based on the announcement of a "special screening" of Heat (which means shortly before the actual release), this broadcast likely is from early November 1986 (Heat w/ BR was released 11-12-86).
Hope you had a designated passenger operating the recorder and a driver.Would have been dangerous to take your eyes off the road
