- These are all of Reapers interactions that were introduced in Overwatch 2 as well as the unique dialogue he has upon eliminating certain people, as well as ability/ultimate shutdown lines too.

I think a lot of characters got a much needed personality update in OW2. Reaper definitely allows more Gabriel to show than Reaper, Sombra isn’t all about superiority complex and being irritating, and now is incredibly comedic and holds friendly dialogue with most characters (and allows herself to geek out). Just in general many characters don’t have a stick up their ass when they speak.

I'm actually surprised Amélie and Gabriel know each other's secrets. Because of the lore drops since launch, we know either of them still have a heart in there somewhere despite most of the shorts painting them as cold-hearted killers. Seeing where either of them go during the story mode is honestly more exciting than "Overwatch stops Null Sector invasions".
I actually really like that Amelie and Gabe's bond is good enough for them to talk about their previous partners. I feel like if others asked them about it, they might have gave a cold hearted response, so it's nice to see that they don't see each other as just plain acquaintances.

They have a workplace friendship: they talk about their grievances to each other sometimes but they aren’t actual friends yet.
@@OverwatchInteractions It makes sense. They were both turned into monsters by Talon, and we know neither of them have any actual love for Doomfist's cause. My guess is that they likely see it as the two of them in the same boat, so they figure it's better that they find a way to get along rather than antagonize each other.
I’m pretty sure widowmaker is breaking free of her mind control, wouldn’t be surprised if blizzard makes her become one of the good guys in the lore
I'm like 90% sure the "quack quack" voiceline comes from eliminating junkrat while he's ulting

Or Cassidy or Orisa. But Cassidy’s already has a voiceline and both get defensive buffs, so probably not these two

His interactions with Widow are more neutral than most. They clearly have a lot more trust in each other than any of the others

For some odd reason, I find Reaper's story to be _extremely_ familiar! An old friend who helped accomplished a lot of good as part of an idealistic organization but slowly began crossing the line, doing more and more morally questionably things until they finally crossed over to evil? And now they are deformed, wear only black and they hunt down their former friends in an endless quest for revenge?
Yeah, I feel like I've heard this one before! But who could I be thinking of, I just can't seem to place my finger on it!

I remember getting this voice line after killing a Junkrat using his tire. It was confusing to me but I thought it was hilarious.
It’s even funnier if he is wearing the Beach Rat outfit cuz the tire is an actual Duck.
I think because there’s an interaction bug, I got the same thing but for doom, shit got me dying
It may just be during a kill where someone’s standing still, as someone in the open not moving is a “sitting duck”
its for the stationary ults probably, like tire and artillery strike

I actually got the “I knew you’d get sick of him” Elim voice line recently. It happened whenever Ana Nano’d me as reaper and I killed soldier.
I LOVE Reaper's character and hope they expound on it further. I love the sense of pain and even depression you hear in his voice; his lines upon eliminating Moira and interactions about his family are kind of heartbreaking. People pointed out how he has a "let's get this over with" vibe and I personally believe that's how he feels about everything: being someone who can't die, is alone, and is only good at killing; I imagine Reaper almost regrets having been expirimented on which removed his mortality and, along with it, sense of humanity; maybe he just wants it to be over?
It's sad, but sometimes I really relate (not to the killing aspect lol)
Yeap and I like Mercy and Zen they have noticed the painful side of Reaper, so they try to help him.
In the end Reaper isn't bad he's just good at hiding emotions except one:
the anger.
Oh you missed one I think! An interaction with baptists that went something like this:
Reaper: Your heart's POUNDING traitor. Are you scared?
Baptiste: (Mumbling) Has anyone ever told you that you're kind of a creep?

Hearing reaper going "quack quack" almost feel surreal.
I like how reaper gets along better with a hampster, and he seemingly gets along with roadhog probably because they both have simmilar philosiphies and probably respects roadhogs "man of few words"

The fact he refers to Zenyatta as "Monk" instead of something like tin can or scrap bucket shows an interesting sign of respect that only makes the interaction sadder

I'm a little surprised that there's no interaction with Morrison (besides killing), but maybe something will come up in the future.
But what I would like most is more information about his family. Maybe his marriage was not happy, after all, his work took a lot of his time and energy. Also how old is his son? Who are all the characters he saw in the rain in the "Reflection" comic? Why exactly did he employ Moira and have experiments done on him? (Was it just because he wanted to gain new powers? I think it would make more sense if he had some kind of illness that only Moira could cure him of.) What exactly was his life like after the Venice mission? (The public might have condemned him, but what if some of his colleagues admired him for avenging the dead after the explosion?)
So many questions and even more question marks! Blizzard has a character with a lot of potential, I hope his story expands in the future. I have so many ideas in my head, I believe the developers can expand his story.
Seriously! I think hes one of the only ones with so much story laid out but trying to connect bits is so fun but difficult. Esp when its blizzard. My biggest thing is why reaper has 3/4 Mexican inspired skins and has no spanish voice lines even though him and sombra are the only Mexicans in game 😭 sombra has a million of them but all he has is saying "Amiga" when he kills sombra 😭😭 I'll always need more reaper content.

Reaper is my favorite and my main and that's why I would prefer not to include him in story mode. Not because I don't want him of course I want but him, Rammatra, Doomfist, Winston and Sigma are S rank and Reaper is much like pushover in these animations and the ones who go against Reaper are having so thick plot armor that he's seen as pushover so that's why I would prefer him not shoving. I don't want Blizzard to make him look weak

And also his interaction with Zenyatta feels to me like when Reaper says "No one cares, monk" he's not saying that he doesn't care what Zenyatta has to say as much as he's saying that nobody cares about him. Especially since he actually calls him "monk" and not "tin can" or some other derogatory term for robots.

I'm so glad you're still uploading! I've been a fan for a while. You do so much for the lore community. I notice a lot of people who aren't as deeply into the lore have misconceptions as to what purpose these interactions serve. Pre-game team interactions like these aren't directly canon, but they provide insight as to HOW these characters interact,WHEN and IF they see each other in the lore. For example, Reaper and Kiriko simply wouldn't meet anytime soon because of the conditions that they are both in, but it shows how they might interact in a future, canon scenario. I like how the interactions with Gabriel and his past are becoming much more direct --- I found the jab he made towards Jack to Ana to be really funny. Gabriel has probably some of the best lore in Overwatch, and I really hope they expand on his pain and (possibly) redemption in the story mode!

Yeah absolutely, even though interactions aren't canon they give us a really nice insight as to how the characters would behave, if they actually met and since most heroes aren't realistically going to meet most of the cast, they're super nice to have! I'm very curious to see what's going to happen with him in the story mode, lore wise he is my favourite character and I can't wait to see what they do to him :)

I think Reaper, Ramattra, and Sombra have some of the best interactions in the game.
The “Someone always cares” line from Zen actually made me pause. It’s actually a bit inspiring to me in my down times.
