This is how to play 3 player Euchre. Euchre is a trick taking card game normally played by four people in teams. In this version, players will compete against each other. The fourth hand is dealt as a ghost hand. The ghost hand rule is completely optional.

What if 2 players think they can both win the same amount of tricks ?

Two players cannot bid the same number. The next player must bid higher or pass. Hope that helps!
