Follow the directions on the back + 1/4 cup Honey in the batter
4 tbsp butter
The topping
3 tbsp butter and
3 tbsp honey melted together brushed on top
Cabbage
1 huge cabbage head or 2 regular
1 1/2 poblano pepper
2 large shallots
10 cloves garlic
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp or more cayenne hot sauce
Salt to taste
Mac and cheese
1 pound elbow noodles
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 pint heavy cream
3 -5 tbsp hot sauce(TASTE AS YOU GO) adjust as needed
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz white cheddar
4 oz Gouda
Top w the remaining 4 oz of white cheddar and Gouda
Pork shoulder spice mix
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp mrs dash garlic herb
Roasted chicken spice mix
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp granulated onion
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp mrs dash garlic herb
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp poultry seasoning
2 tsp red pepper flakes
Sweet potato pie
5 - 6 cups COOKED and COOLED sweet potato
3 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp FRESH grated nutmeg(no this is not a mistake)
1 tsp salt
