I also have a bunch of COD Ghosts related videos releasing in the next two weeks!
What I predict:
1. Extinction. Story/gameplay
2. Private match (The Ai/modes)
3. How Logan and Rorke get brainwashed like Mason which could make for an insane story continuation.
4. Multiplayer (Unique perk system/ killstreak) Support is actually not that bad in this game.
Honestly Ghosts' story deserves a proper conclusion. The cliffhanger needs a new story.
I agree it was honestly a really fun campaign for me.
Yup, IW should drop MW cause SHG ruined the whole story. And they should concider doing Ghost 2.
It really doesn’t this was the worst campaigns I’ve ever seen from cod
@@CrazyGorilla99 damn 🥲
@@CrazyGorilla99 i was the worst when it launched but compare to recent release of the franchise, it was now one of the best experience. That spot now belong to mw23 campaign. Plus coldwar vs vanguard way worse than ghost. Mw19-22? Some good some bad, could be better…until SHG nailed the coffin.
I always thought this game was about shooting actual ghosts back when i didn't knew anything about COD
😂😂 yeah that'll happen
i remember the time my dad got me ghosts, he surprised me while out for dinner when i was like 9 or 10 the waitress brings a plate out with a copy of ghosts, i just remember going crazy at my dad just about the fact he surprised me with it it’s a core memory i will hold forever i love you dad 🕊️🕊️
That is an awesome memory man!!
May he rest in peace🙏🏾
I’ve always praised ghost as being one of the most underrated CODs of all time, the campaign was one of the biggest reasons why. But the multiplayer was also top tier and very under appreciated. AW / Ghost / BO2 were my childhood and will always be top tier games
Yeah, Ghosts was made to have 9v9 maps but was scrapped because of last gen consoles and so most people hate the giant maps. However even if the gameplay can sometimes feel slow, the dystopian grey feeling is always awesome
I loved this game but the massive cliffhanger just has me at a love hate relationship
Man that last line from Rorke “there ain’t gonna be any ghosts” hits harder because there is seemingly no chance that a ghosts 2 will be released
Inkslasher made a video on his second channel about Ghosts 2 and Advanced Warfare 2 Happening which is very good but these Sequels are already going to stick to the Original Universe. Turns out that 10 Years of Suffering with no Sequels are finally over like RDR1 coming to PC and Steam after 14 years of suffering which makes PC Players Happy.
This is the first CoD I've ever played. It was so fun to play, I remember when I heard rumors of a second game and it never came out. But I'm still waiting.
Never noticed the actually crazy foreshadowing rorke did in the place scene. “There’s always room for one more!” Game ends with rorke taking Logan, so cool I just figured that one out!
fun fact call of duty ghost most super controversial title
been preaching we need a ghost 2 since launch, game is goated. top 3
Ngl this was actually my first COD Game and despite all the hate it got and my friends at that time telling me it was shit, i did genuinely enjoy the story of brotherhood and sacrifice. I lowkey got hyped when i learnt that hesh's actual name is actually David, the same as mine. Anyways, you enjoy what you enjoy. As you get older, don't pretend the things you enjoyed when you were a kid are no longer fun.
We share the same traits, we both used to play it when we were younger.
🤣 I remember those days fondly
@@BranWolfYT I remember playing split screen safeguard with my father lol.
@@Bravefsh that's awesome tbh
Lol, good times.
@@BravefshHave you ever tried infected custom match?
I hope we get Ghost 2 even if i think it's not gonna happen yet. I heard we will have a cod ghost game but i think it will be like Ghost Team hunting down Makarov as a MW4 Ghost. For me, COD Ghost post credit doesn't exist XD ,the end for me is when Hesh is proud and waiting.
Heed my words it’s gonna get the sequel it deserves one of these days
One detail I find the most intriguing was, when Rorke tried to persuade Logan to join Him and the Federation numerous times and even in the post-credit scene. We can see Rorke succeeded recruiting Logan by forcing and putting him into the exact, same torturous process he went through. When he was captured by the Federation. Great video by the way, I just hope you add more clips to add some context to your view.
This is my personal favorite COD game since I grew up playing it with my older cousins
Underated channel finna be watching u the whole summer
I appreciate it! Hope you enjoy
The next ghost story should be Hesh trying to rescue Logan from Rorke
this was the first cod game i sat down and played and despite what everyone has said and my own issues with it i still honestly love it, def one of my favourites.
the era of experimental cod was very hated but i enjoy cod when it doesnt take itself too seriously. i just wish they had expanded more on the characters and relationships since the game is meant to be abt brotherhood and all that. the missions felt repetitive (aside from the hunted, i was gripping my controller so hard i couldve broken it) and they could've done a lot better w Rorke as well as the characterisation of the federation but smth doesnt need to be perfect to enjoy it. really hope theres a ghosts 2 id eat that up immediately
That earthquake was hell 🤣🤣
Af
I made some really good friends while playing infected on ghost about 6-7 years ago is in my top 5 of my fav cod of all time
this was my childhood game and even tho i had multiple (probably better) COD games, its always gonna be my favorite!
Cod ghosts is my favorite cod game because i like the campaign and multiplayer
Call of duty ghosts is one of my favourite games because of its story and military and world building so 10 out of 10 for me
I will settle for a TV adaptation of ghosts if it means getting a continuation of this story
Especially in how the federation was formed and why it turned into a union of Latin American states bent on competing against the USA and other powers. And why they’re going after the USA of all superpowers. Plus how ghosts become to be. If Simon ghost Riley had connections with the ghosts team themselves.
Maybe how the federation was founded. How the USA created their own worst enemy. That China is a military superpower that bailed out the near collapsing Chelonia and uses Chelonia as some neutral free trade zone between the USA and their allies. As well as China, Brazil, and Japan and their allies. Chelonia suffered a financial collapse
This needs a remaster
This was my first, and favorite CoD next to BO2. People always hated it, but I always loved it. I wish it got a sequel, but looking at the newer Call of Duties, I'm not sure I want one anymore.
If this ever got a sequel that follows the original story then I would gladly play call of duty again
Definitely one of my favorite cod games. I am looking forward to Ghosts 2, and we need to get the closure we need because, when I saw the cliffhanger, a big question mark left my mind for almost 10 years about what happened to Logan. Maybe, who knows, there will be a crossover between modern warfare and ghosts, and only time will tell. 🤞
Anyway, I really love your efforts on making these COD backstories, hermano! Cheers!
Yeah I would love to see a Ghosts 2 I saw some rumors on line that COD 2027 will be a ghost sequel!.... but thanks for always watching I appreciate you man!
Also check out Inkslashers story idea of cod ghosts 2.
It's so funny that I've serached deep in the web for cod Ghost. Then contacted youtubers and now everyone is talking about it after they said it was trash. Vanguard was just the straw that broke the camels back.
Ghost has the most beautiful customization. In private match it allows you to creative hundreds of gameplay styles. NO ONE HAS TALKED ABOUT THAT. Ive discovered it while experimenting with the game which is why im still able to enjoy it. This basically gives me creative mode you just have to set it up. Extinction has its own completely different story with twists and turns which something cod needs for a refresh.
I love cod ghost & I have 2 copy's 1 for Xbox 360 & 1 for Wii U
the Most Underrated COD Game i think is Finally Being Shown in your Channel( i got more Milkshake to Drink and You Uploading Life is Good :)
Edit: i actually forgot the Ghosts Storyline so seeing the Ending Again Surprised me AGAIN
Hi, sorry to ask so directly, but have you ever thought about making a video about the Koschei complex?
( in dmz , of course i know that there isn't that much story but i think it might be a cool idea )
Yeah im thinking about getting to as much as i can lore wise within all of Call of Duty.
Always Confirm the kill!
"Escape from modern return to Ghost." Quoted by a random dude.
This is straight up Delta Force stuff here. They carry operations like these.
Calling it now the new Black ops will be Roark's revenge
Why am I just now finding out Hesh Walker is Voice acted by Brandon Routh?
Same
I think COD Ghost's campaigning failings came from a combination of issues.
1) The story wasn't great, it started out sounding cool about the fictional Special Forces team known as Ghost (good Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon didn't sue Activision). But then it slowly devolved into a manhunt with a bunch of filler missions. The manhunt aspect is what kills it for me, I thought we were going to be a guerrilla special forces unit surviving in a warzone, every operation we pull is conducted with shoestring budgets, and the gameplay, and missions are going to be designed around aspects of Guerrilla Warfare, indirectly affecting the enemies and sapping the morales, cohesion, and resources of a larger force.
2) The villain is also another let down for me and this one is a big deal. In previous COD, we had historical bad guys like the Nazis for WW2 settings, the Vietcong in the Vietnam War, or fictional ones like OpFor, Ultranationalists of Zakhaev and Makarov. The bad guys at least fit the settings and had their leaders given something of personal motivations that naturally formed. Namely, Zakhaev wanted to restore the Soviet Union, Makarov wanted the Russian Empire back, and more. In the case of Ghost, Rorke was just some traitor who got brainwashed. The concept sounds like something of a supporting villain you take down in the middle of the game. Not to mention how everything seems to play out in Rorke's favor, ranging from him surviving gunshot wounds, survived drowning, and able to kidnap one of the protagonists. That seems like a giant cop-out and the writers were probably trying too hard to make a sequel before their current one works well. The Federation is also not characterized in any way shape or form for the settings. Their leader hates America and that's it. I can't wrap my heads around what makes him hate America. Their rise to power is also contrived around just having Venezuelan oil and then somehow all of South America band together to invade the US. Even Cordis Die of Raul Menendez has a fleshed out rise to power.
3) The gameplay for the campaign is also another problem. I think it still falls back on those run-n-gun set pieces way too often. The game doesn't feel like it gives off the feeling of being a special forces unit that relies on stealth, guerrilla tactics and operations to achieve their successes. Ghost's campaign should have been designed like All Ghillie Up and One Shot One Kill from COD4 but with the added benefits of Black Ops 2 sandbox approach so that you play as a Ghost have more freedom to your actions and how to achieve a linear set of objectives.
Overall: They should have made it like Red Dawn 1984. If they want to keep the invaded USA settings, they would need to cut the whole WMD plot and reshape the entire campaign to be about the Ghosts' struggle behind enemy lines. Their job is to be the stay-behind force, they sap the Federation's armies, morales, resources and capping off leaderships, command chains to disrupt the Federation's invasion plans for a specific sector of the frontline. Like say the overall plot is the Ghosts trying to stall or divert an entire Army Group of the Federation away from the frontline, their operations start to panic the Feds leadership. This leads to the changing command structure and villains. The villain started out as simple troops led by some colonels or generals at the rear, guarding occupied territories, rear-echelon duties like protecting logistics. But then the Ghosts start to degrade them so badly, the Feds began to deploy their own Special Forces to the area with a better commanding officer. That's when the campaign has you finding out if you have been infiltrated by a spy, fighting off enemies who are as capable of ambushing you, so on so forth. Your unit also began to lose members for every major victories you made. Maybe culminating into a do-or-die final showdown.
Bro I recently got the game this month and I fucking love it the campaign was fantastic and I loved Logan. I do hope COD makes a sequel tho it seems unlikely.
It was so damn good honestly... it felt like a badass proper campaign
@@BranWolfYT honestly the I fucking love Keegan, Merrick, Elias, Hesh and Logan. To think my boy Logan was 16 a literal kid when the Odin strikes happened. I loved the brotherly love and relationship between Hesh and Logan it’s so touching. If I could further Logan’s character I would make him a caring guy who wants to do good but can be ruthless if the need calls for it.
@kpat5655 definitely merrick was a stand out for me I liked him a lot he was no nonsense badass
I think the game is ok for the most part, i would think a remake of this game would be great. For example: the story is okay, imo but It could use some work, and i hope logan actually talks. Multiplayers maps are too big for me, and there should be more unique maps instead of rehashes of old maps. Finally. Extinction is fantastic because it's not another zombie mode, but It's actually trying something new. Unfortunately, there are a few problems that are holding it back. 1. It's very linear and not replayable. 2. The teeth upgrades are very unbalanced. After picking all of them, you would become unstoppable. 3. Some things in the armory are either to weak or very overpowered for example: The armor supplies are op it would take all of the damage, which is great, but the relic that would make cryptids do more damage only affects health and not armour.
10:02 sounds just like Peter griffin 😂
Naaah fr😂
Im still wondering how the hell rorke survived a shot to the heart and being underwater for god knows how long
Me 2
Perhaps we were too hard on Ghosts
I really wish they would've made ghost 2 instead of milking modern warfare
Honestly this game needs a complete rewrite. First things first we need to know what the federation wants and how they came to power and why America hasn’t butted in yet. I’ve always had this idea that most cod games are connected in some ways and I’m fairly certain that Raul Menéndez’s death is canon in BO2. I imagine that after his death he was immortalized as a martyr and gave rise to other organizations and groups to rise up and unite i.e. The Federation, which explains general Almagro’s disdain for Americans and the West
Also the game needs to slow down the pacing a lot especially in the early missions. We need more stealth and we need to feel like we are the only ones who can take down the federation since America cannot. Missions like Hunted and Clockwork were awesome and I wish we had more of those sequences. Third: Gabriel Rorke should be portrayed as a more selfless character not a hellbent one who is willing to jeopardize his entire mission and team’s lives for a simple bounty. At least give a reason as to why General Almagro is such a bitter rival to him without completely rehashing Woods and Menendez’s dynamic
And for the love of god you cannot have a compelling story and arc about brotherhood and teamwork with a silent protagonist. Logan needs to have a voice and he needs to feel real. Give us another Simon Riley at the very least. The whole story just forced the family stuff into it without actually setting the pieces and building moments between the two protagonists
And finally the ending needs to be addressed, i don’t care how much torture you have endured, no human is withstanding a .44 magnum bullet at point blank range even in the distant future with better protection, also how was rorke able to hold his breath for so long with no doubt a collapsed lung and while bleeding profusely? I honestly hate almost everything about Rorke. If he’s going to be a ghost killer he needs to be elusive and mysterious, a supernatural legend who can kill the supernatural. Give him a badass name like El Tormento (Spanish for the storm as a nod to his brutal tactics and torture methods, but also his ruthless efficiency). Change his design, swap out the durag for a full face covering and make him adorn federation uniforms just to rub in the wound with salt a little more
We need a Ghost 2
Agreed
The campaign didn’t deserve the hate. We need a sequel so bad but it’s more than likely a reboot would be more feasible.
Fire 🔥 sub up
I tried to play the multiplayer it’s sadly dead
I tired to it wasn't that great for sure
Cod Aw looks more realistic
They definitely could’ve saved rorke.
I think they could have found a way
Call of skibbidi: lone wolf sigma ghost warfare 3
Everybody has their own opinions you don't have to agree with me disagree with me COD ghosts it was my favorite game and campaign is way better than modern games now
I love this story. Don’t care anyone says. It’s better than the mw3 2023 one hha
Absolutely
The graphics look so bad
