woow, how come June 19, our GM+7 IS 8:19 AM. Thank for hard word
"only compensation difference" - when the $$ difference is significant and talking with the org and them being like "we're looking into it" and 2yrs later they're still "looking into it" - probably ok to switch for compensation when everything else is a great fit and feedback is "A+" :/
