It appears that if you don't add the item to cart and just select 'BUY NOW' that you can checkout without having to accepts the terms of service box, do you know a fix for this?

You can remove the "Buy Now" Button as a option for the store you want to ensure the checkbox is completed.

So glad it was helpful! This app did not have an option to have a pop-up box at checkout, only the checkbox. Thanks for subscribing 💙
