When our good friend Justin said he knew some ranchers that needed help taking care of a squirrel problem, we packed some guns, and hit the road for California. We had a great couple days and helped take care of over 1200 ground squirrels! It was a great trip, with great people and we are excited to share the content with you.
We used a variety of guns in the video including:
- FX Wildcat MKIII .30 - The Hammer

- FX Impact MKII .25 - Goldie
- RAW HM1000x Chassis Gun .25 - FDE
- Dream-Tact .25 - Saber Tactical Chassis

Im good at shooting squirrel.. But im not good enough to hit them from the back of a slow moving pickup truck... Amazing
What do you guys zero at? Then how are you figuring range on your targets do you use a range finder or do you use the scope reticle?

Is there any barrel more accurate than an FX barrel? Serious question. I hear about Polygonal, LW 12 Grove, CZ...and so on. What is the most accurate air gun barrel? If you don’t mind spilling the beans...in your opinion. I’m not an FX fan boy or any other brand for that matter. I just want super accurate so when I smash something it is spot on and there isn’t unnecessary suffering. I shot from a tripod and a clamp. When I put crosshairs on something I expect to hit exactly where I am holding. For the most part, all my guns do that or they wouldn’t be my guns for long. That also includes the regulator and ammo. But this is about barrels. What is the most accurate barrel? If you don’t mind. Cool video. Y’all where havin fun and that’s what it is all about. Take care stay safe. God bless.
Hi Heath, thanks for watching. The FX liners and barrels have been proven to be some of the most accurate in the world. Anything high end (CZ, LW, etc) is going to be very accurate and consistent as well. The beauty of the FX barrel system is the flexibility in tuning, changing liners, etc.
Utah Airguns thank you. I guess a Wildcat MK3 is going to be on the list for my next airgun then. .25 caliber first then I will get the .22 cal barrel kit, maybe a .30 down the road. Take care.

Shooting at squirles in rocks without safety glasses..... Not smart.
If you kill a big animal for your needs then it's ok fair. But you are killing all wild squeals .it's waste.
Not really a waste when it's pest control.
Go back to your third world garbage heap. No one will miss you.
