@@TrueAscension battlefield is worse than vanguard and vanguard is shit too hahahahaha
@@TrueAscension How was the campaign bad? Seems very well made to me, amazing graphics too.
T-34-85 in Stalingrad 8:35. Well done dev. Fcking accuracy
Beautiful call my friend.
It just works
I think Polina Petrova was inspired by or based on the famous deadliest female sniper Lyudmila “Lady Death” Pavlichenko
You don’t say
She was, but Pavlichenko wasn't in Stalingrad. Her character is more like Vasily Zaitsev, but of course female, so feminist can be happy and sledgehammer don't need to research about the battle of Sevastopol for a decent story about Pavlichenko.
Reminds me of Enemy at The Gates and Stalingrad 1993
exactly what I thought
Enemy at the gates was as historically accurate as inglorious basterds
Yeah there was also snow in Stalingrad(1993), and that is where similarity ends beetwen that movie and this BS game...
Yeah, Enemy at the Gates was an extremely shitty movie, as far from reality as possible
2:57 Hoping over a barricaded window and then running totally exposed in an open field towards dozens of destroyed storey houses in the background only to be hit by a sniper? Who would've thought that?
I quit watching after this exact scene.
There is a lot of random wall climbing in this game.
Call of Duty? More like, Assassin’s Creed lol
The greatest and most important battle in WW2 history - Battle of Stalingrad.
So Sledgehammer had Lyudmilla Pavlichenko to wrote a story about as a female sniper from ww2, but instead they said fuck it and raped Vasily Zaitsev's memory and created a female version of him and gave her this stupid cartoonish nickname. Like the BFV story line where two women blows up the german u boat, while IRL it was 3 guys...
The names pretty cool imo
There were actually female snipers in the Battle of Stalingrad.
@@terminallumbago6465 There were, but the famous sniper who have been used for propaganda by the soviets in this battle, was Zaitsev.
@@terminallumbago6465 And BtW let me tell you who wasn't in the Battle of Stalingrad: Any SS soldier or officer.
@@hugostiglitz1816 Right. I think they just based her off of Zaitsev so they wouldn’t have to do much research.
bro upload them in a sequance so it will wont blow up the suspence of viewers and thanks uploading the COD WAW gameplay it helped me alot. Thanks bro
If COD people care and want to be historically accurate, women platoons in Stalingrad handled heavy artillery guns during the battle of Stalingrad.
One of, if not the most deadly Russian sniper was a woman
@@ryancusimano5892 was born in Stalingrad (now Volgograd) been to Stalingrad battle museum don’t recall seeing one, ever, BUT there were women manning heavy artillery and they kicked some German ass
@@RussianPinoy as I understand it there were about 2000 female snipers in the red army and there was one, Lyudmila Pavlichenko who was nicknamed “lady death” due to her 309 confirmed kills. She also later trained snipers.
Love how much history has been rewritten. It's fabulous.
How so?
@@chrishandsome4267 I was being sarcastic. This game is shit
You can feel the tense pressure when your enemy is also a sniper.
You wouldn’t believe me but I spended 30 minutes trying to kill the sniper
That is shame in this Garbage, try to find the Sniper in World at War, you will know how to play chess, this is even not show the real war, in Stalingrad Vanguard, it's too quiet, not like in history.
well it's no wonder Steiner's attack never happened
he died 2 years ago in stalingrad and hitler just hallucinated it happening
I guess there's more than one Steiner in Germany
I can’t take these games seriously anymore because ever since I started reenacting and reading books on the subject of the Ostfront, it ruined them for me due to the amount of inaccuracies and cringey historical biases that exist within them
thank you! that goes for all video games these days. They would rather make the plot “politically correct” than historically acurate. makes me sick
@@lukejeffrey1501 UMMMMMM, THEY'RE VIDEO GAMES. I DON'T THINK THE GOAL IS TO MAKE THEM ACCURATE. THE GOAL IS TO MAKE THEM FUN TO PLAY.😐😐😐😕😕😕
@@SharpshooterSensei If they’re going to make a game based in historical events then they should make it right. The devs are the ones claiming that this game is historical accurate.
@@SharpshooterSensei Yeah im speaking on behalf of people that enjoy a historical plot especially for a game thats supposed to be set in ww2. Not everyone enjoys a campaign thats supposed to be just ‘fun’ lol. And the numbers back that up speaking for all the lastest call of duties. Cod and video games in general arent what they used to be.
@@SharpshooterSensei the more accurate cods are the best sellers… I bet infinite warfare and advanced warfare are your favorites😂 poor taste
Someone should create a game going through missions for major battles on both Allies and Axis power sides. Western front, eastern front, Africa, the pacific and make it realistic where you don’t just clear a whole unit by yourself where you would be dead in 10 minutes irl
Impossible to make them, i would prefer full Axis Campaign than the allies again, if they wanted allies again, why not Korean, Kuomintang war or Philipines campaign. Hell, Indonesia also fought in the war.
You will never be able to play an axis soldier.
Why?
There is a narritive, which has to be kept alive by the allied countries.
Even 80 years after WW2.
Germans are Nazis and Wehrmacht was evil.
They fear, that you could like to play a German character in the end.
So german soldiers will alway be the bad an stupid enemy in video games
or in Hollywood movies. That's ok for everybody, I guess.
For me as a German, it is not OK.
It doesnt feel good or right, to shot stupid Germans, even in a game.
So, I don't play these games... Easy
Graphics are impressive. Would say the section where you avoiding the Germans looked a bit easy. Would have expected them to have spotted or heard you more often.
BF5 is better ! 😍 😅😂😂😂
It's not splinter cell or hitman despite them trying to be more than they are. It's just a FPS
@@amg863 Thats true, but seeing how there was a german soldiers less than one meter away with a flashlight looking straight at you and yet not doing anything - thats just taking a piss with such bad AI design.
The Ai in this game is shit judging by how easy it was to sneak around and not to mention they literally just come from ur back but don’t shoot quick enough
It’s call of duty when has it ever been very realistic
Reminds of the call of duty 2 days of playing split screen…. Good times
The graphics are amazing I've peaked down a sniper scope and this is how they actually look also the reload animation is amazing
And the graphics are about the only thing that looks decent in this game…Red Orchestra had the immersive feeling of a rifle scope even more realistic than this more than 10 years ago…
@@JS92GoW2 i have yet tp play the game so I'm only saying what I'm seeing
Polina: there’s only room for one sniper in Stalingrad.
Little did she know, there was another at the fountain…

The story and the fantastic gameplay let me watch the whole video
If you are carring your wounded friend and both of you are alone among the enemy troops, congratulations! you are in a sniper mission of call of duty. Since cpt. Macmillan.
I doubt a sniper would be going for headshot's. Best to aim center of mass and if you just horribly wound the enemy all the better. That means more soldiers are out of the fight dealing with him.
15:40 Assassin Creed: Stalingrad
Lol 😂
😂😂😂
Can’t imagine how terrifying cqb’s like stalingrad would be
Ah yes, jumping out of a C47 that promptly gets shot down over Normandy and crawling around as a sniper in Stalingrad. Standard Call of Duty WW2 game fare, then.
I'm utterly disappointed that she's not a lesbian African American
"Stalingrad is too white" is a thing that both a Wehrmacht soldier and a woke game designer could have said...lol
The illusion that victorious always tries to draw ignoring the German brilliance and skill
Very true...well thot out ...
The lady voice acting Polina has got a cute voice when she's shouting. Could listen this all day long lol.
Ah yes, female soldiers on the frontline. That’s historically accurate.
You do know there were female Russian snipers on the front right?
@@CamR21 Like I said. ON THE FRONTLINE?
@@jamesedleymusic they do exist. *also in the frontlines*
Whats it like if you play “That flag must fall” from COD Finest Hour into this gameplay?
I loved that game
Doesn't really fit imo
@@AFGuidesHD You can try other Finest sountracks since they also involve playing a female Soviet sniper.
Idk why people hate this, it's actually a good game....I appreciated this game so much
@7Prozak7 Nobody is playing COD for historical accuracy. People never realize when they’re in the minority these days.
@@warrenz597 it is one thing to play a game for historical accuracy and history so great like ww2. Then there is ripping Legends off, putting politics bias in, and shitting down the throats off people when you say is the post game release and in the trailer for your game that you going for "historically accurate".
There could have been way better play through of this and a shit game that has crap ass gun play mechanics and laughable at most "historical accuracy".
Who said this is "historically accurate" the developers said this is a fcking fiction story
if you guys hate the game so don't play it, don't watch anything about the game, and stop commenting about the game, or report a feedback to the devs......simple
This was the perfect opportunity to reference Reznov and Petrenko :/
“I am a stone. I do not move. Very slowly, I put snow in my mouth. Then he won't see my breath.'' This gameplay led me to watch Enemy at the gates yet again..
There can be only one Vanguard, and that would be Medal of honor Vanguard.
Finally someone says it
Would’ve been cool if they made vasily zaytsev as sniper character
"I'll fix it so that he's the one who finds me"
Nowadays games look like real film. Shadows and light reflections are so effective and real.
This is sick reminds me of that mission in world at war
Well played at its best❤️🔥
Just to mention it: Polina gets hit first and even twice at 3:10. If this was a real war, her career would be over already at this point. But thank god the forgiving damage model of COD saved her :-)
This is the call of duty we all remember! COD WWII is the best

excellent gameplay friend! impressive content 👍👍👍
The only two Russians in whole Stalingrad #accurate
Compliments: The gun shot delay after incoming fire cool.
Complaints: partner who is man is dumb and careless. Tiny little power puff girl kills an entire platoon of nazis in CQB no problem and has a long boring revengeful conversation with her arch nemesis who is an old nazi after a climactic corny close quarters fight with him.
Also, 65% cut scene 35% gameplay.
I really wish sniper rifles in games would when you zoom only the scope would zoom and everything else would stay distant
In my adult life, we've gone from the Sinclair ZX80 to this.
And people take it for granted 🤦🏻♂️
The game fairly explains how tough it would have been in real..
Ah yes, Stalingrad. The battle where soldiers would duck behind a wall if they were shot and heal in ten seconds
I would say this is the best part of the campaign
Such amazing graphics!
All they did is take the enemy at the gates story based on vasili zietsev (which they already did in cod world at war) and change it to a female character and viola, there you go a new game 👍
Amazing graphics.
The better these games look the dafter the storylines get.

Hey, AFGuidesHD, would be cool if you play this mission with COD Finest Hour Soundtrack "Snipers"
This game was so good. It's so nice to have my team fight the enemy team and it's all happy and fun and no real fucking storyline or anything and we have cheesy lines from the soldiers with a useless and dull soundtrack. World at war was literally the best game I've ever played I got emotional playing it because it was so emmersive. What the hell is this shit
You got me in the first half
War of the Rats is a good stalingrad novel about snipers.
Reminds me of that mission in World At War Classic
