    I like your videos a lot and the contents you present. Just a quick correction..... Internet Speed is measured in bits, not Bytes. Example, 96Megabits per second(Mbps), not 96MegaBytes per second. The difference is a Byte consist of 8 Bits, so a 96Mbps speed will actually be 12MBps. I know a lot of people confuse bits for Bytes, even here in US. Just wanted to share the information. Keep up the good work. I appreciate your work.

I'm researching the best modem to use for an upcoming Zoom interview and I'm grateful to find out that I don't even need to spend on a modem at this time, because YES, I already have an Airtel sim that I forgot about before being reminded by this video and yes to the fact that I remember it's pretty fassst in my location. However, it zaps data like proooooo...but it's okay. It's only going to be a twenty minute interview. Besides, there are codes to dial and block/unblock calls for the duration of using a phone hotspot in Nigeria.

I had mine done outside of DC last year and it took like 30 minutes or less. For internet speed. I get a download of 228 MB and an Upload of 260 MB in MD, USA. Kind of disappointed as Verizon promised up to 940/880 MBPS upload/download. But I guess because we have a minimum of 16 devices connected at the same time (lol).

    does the foreigner need to have a nin to get wifi modem at home?

    • @nigerdeltamirrortv9311
      @nigerdeltamirrortv9311 Před 3 lety +2

      NIN is for citizens of Nigeria only, don't think foreigners can get it unless they naturalise....but at the moment foreigners can still get sim cards/modems without Naija ID

    Don't short change Nigeria when you say people can't afford the cost of internet. Nigeria has a booming middle class and most Nigerians who use the internet, use it because they can afford it. The ones who can't afford it are not online.
