gotta love the biker jacket. My favourite one is one john varvatos sold last year. It was called the artisan biker jacket but it's made from crinkled leather.

Had to buy a kooples leather jacket because of this video lol, very similar to yours and very beautiful.
Personally, my go to leather jacket is a biker jacket by Schott NYC. They are the og's of the biker jacket and were the ones that invented that style. They are also the first ones to put any zipper on any jacket. Imho Schott's quality and story are unparalleled.

What you were saying around the 7 minute mark is relatively true, I was similar to yourself. I used to want a ''fashion leather jacket'' and unfortunately, every fashion leather jacket you'll ever get won't age like you want. Fake leather will last about a year, and these types of leather jackets that are made from really thin leather (allsaints, kooples and other marketable leather brands) theyall make them in the same place (pakistan). So although you have a different tag (The Kooples) it's actually just the same as the AllSaints leather jacket, maybe with different buttons and tags. But the leather jacket is exactly the same so you're not differing much to the other people around you with high fashion leather jackets that cost them almost as much as a real leather jacket would.
You look back on all the icons that wore leather jackets and made them look fashionable (which is what we want today) so why are we buying faux leather or marketable stores with thin real leather instead of the real thing? these things aren't going to age like a proper biker leather jacket by a reputable brand. As you start to look into more reputable leather jacket brands like Schott and Daniel Boone, you start to realize the difference. Those jackets last for life and after 10-20 years they start to age and look fantastic, these jackets do the opposite, the thin leather starts to crease and look tacky and cheap after just a few years. I'd recommend anyone wanting a leather jacket for a rocker look to avoid high fashion brands like allsaints, kooples, zara etc and instead look into getting yourself an actual proper leather biker jacket by a reputable brand (it's not even that much different in price) and it'll look far more fashionable in the long run and last you a very long time, also looks less poser.
The kooples leather jackets are mainly made in turkey? With allsaints being made in india? Where do you get your garbage info from?

Yeah mate its true to size, I wouldn't say its any bigger than a small, I'm 6ft and average build - I wear a small. Cheers mate.

Its a expensive fashion jacket styled on a 1950's Brando Jacket, (Watch "The Wild One") they were revamped in the 1980's, its a thin light weight nap Not a hide, so would offer no protection to the elements let alone a crash. "Biker Jacket?" It Isn't!
@theunidentifiedrocker sick video mate! I really liked your video on your experiences with your leather jackets and your Kooples! Laer Brand is one that I have come to like over the past month in my collection from my friend telling me about the brand. I have the classic moto style model on their website, and some say that it is equal to the Saint Laurent. The quality is insane, in that they import the best of the best materials from Italy and Japan, on top of being made by land in LA! My other ones I have are the Boda Skins Kay Micheals with the Silver hardware in black and brown in UK M, Allsaints Jasper, Kahawa, and Torrance. Lord Studios green biker jacket, Diesel Black Gold Leather Jacket, and lastly the Laer classic moto. Id def check them out! It retails like at 875, but seriously is worth every penny.

Haha Bobblehead Personally I’m not a massive fan of the quilting on the shoulders mate, I used to have the cargo biker, very similar, a good leather to start with but one of A.S most common styles.

@@theunidentifiedrocker I only own their Kay Michael jacket which is great for the money. Unfortunately, it's a bit too popular so you might see others wearing the same one.

That's more a fashion piece dress jacket, not a biker jacket in the real sense of the term. The real ones made for riding look amazing and will last a lifetime
Not so much a "rock n roll" look, more like a hipster look, a little too clean and the hat definitely stirs it opposite of rockstar
