I am so excited to join you on a weight loss journey. I’m so grateful to you for providing a safe space to be a part of a community working toward the same goals. It’s exactly what I need.
I turned 40 this year as well and also suffer from anxiety surrounding it. I made the same commitment for myself. I’m so happy for and I know that we’ve got this!
I'm so excited for you and for your weight loss journey! I was never overweight as a child or teen but after having 5 children and not taking time for myself over the years I gained a lot of weight. In 2005 I decided that I had enough, and I lost 98 lbs through diet and exercise. I started out walking and eventually got into running 2.5-4 miles a day. I was also a volunteer fire fighter (after I lost the weight) and I worked 24 hour shifts on an ambulance. I was very active and that's how I kept the weight off. I have gained some weight back due to joint pain and health issues that prevent me from running now! I can be on this journey with you! I've also had some serious trauma as a child that I think may have contributed to me not caring for myself over the years! You can do this!! I'm excited for your journey!

Hunny this is 100% what i need and needed after my heart and health scare last year and having to lose 200lb. I've became a paetreon and also deepely suffer with anexity and depression. My 2023 goals are to try and lose some of my 200lb i need to lose as around 400lb. Also try and heal my heart from heart failure as much as i can and help my heart operate more than the 20% it was back in June of last year.
I can relate to everything you said. In way overweight I suffer with a thyroid condition and try as I may weight loss is so hard!! I have bad knees which make it hard for me to exercise so its even harder. But I'm ready to try again!!! In 68.

As someone who has struggled with my weight since childhood, I think I know a bit of how you’re feeling, but of course everyone’s journey is different. I was diagnosed with social anxiety several years ago. With these 2 big struggles in my life, I was happy to find meditation as a significant force of good for me. I signed up for a mindful eating class thru my work and stumbled onto the path I had been needing for decades but never knew.
I just wanted to share that with anyone who is wondering if meditation is worth the hype. It truly is. And it has brought a sense of calm and clarity to aspects of my life even beyond those areas I know I struggle with. Sorry for the long message! Just had to share!

I am so happy for you!! You hit the nail on the head about your body holding on to all of that trauma/drama/stress/real life stuff. I also think you sharing this journey on patreon is definitely the way to go! We all know that there are trolls out there and no one needs that negativity in their life!! I have watched your planner videos for years but haven't been as faithful with your farmhouse videos. I will be joining your patreon group just to help support and watch you conquer this journey. I've never been a watcher who commented very often but you are truly someone who comes across as such a caring soul in your videos and I just want to see you succeed!
I struggle with weight issues as well and was excited when you said you would be sharing your journal until you said it would only be on Patreon. I’m sad that you are choosing that pay for content platform to share this part of your life, but I understand that you have to do what’s best for you. I won’t be following along due to having to pay for the content, but I do wish you much success on this journey. It’s definitely not an easy one to take. ♥️

Tiffany, this is so great. You are going to be such an inspiration to others. You are so smart to start this now. I will be 57 in February and it doesn't get any easier. I have been in the pre-diabetes range for several years now. (thanks dad) I have been really struggling with staying consistent. You have given me some motivation to get back at it. You are so right that it's a personal journey. Just take one day at a time and I'm wishing you all the best for 2023!

Your home style isn't even my own style, but I like how calm and organized you are and how clean you get everything. I would have never guessed you have severe anxiety! I have anxiety, and I get panic attacks in certain situations, and I definitely have a more shy personality. I may join you, as I need to lose about 30+ pounds, and I AM disgusted with myself. My family has been though a lot of trauma and loss in the last two years.

As far as weight loss, knowing when you're truly ready is the first step; you have to have the right mind-set to begin. And honestly, it's not easy at first and it takes time. I started my journey in 2021 and reached my goal in 2022.
