Got out of the house on Easter Sunday to experience the emptiness of downtown San Diego with Demarcus Paul, Tyler Fernengel, Matt Mitchel, and Nathan Williams. I truly can not get over how empty the city was. Security was nice. Cops didn't care. It was undeniably abnormal.

What a delight!
I like this one far better than some of the previous ones and then it hit me, its the noise, I would rather listen to a cassette than skateboard rolling over cracks. On another not this video had alot of eggs but not enough Jim C and Ben Hennon.
Skating is just so much easier to film the randomness in between spots, but I really wanted to ride that day since I’ve been cooped up for a week. Glad I had my bike.
And the Jim c/Ben egging is a classic moment in bmx history. A+ reference there, haha.

Our BMX No, not really. A couple on Laurel bridge did say a cop just rolled in, but we were on our way out. I’m sure he would’ve gave us the business for being there if he saw us.

I'm an ol'skool freestyler and skate, with freestyle being my first love, and I have to agree that in general bikers are cooler that skaters. I understand why skates are like that because I remember all the shit I and my friends would get from others, but it seems that in general folks are more accepting of bikes. It is what it is. I still have my 1985 Turquoise Redline Rl-20 Pro-Styler that my parents got me on May 1985 and my 1988 Caballero Deck. Ol'Skool baby! But I love the new styles as well. Just too old for it at 50.

Haha, I skated when I was a kid, but BMX was just way more fun to me. I’m down with it all...Demarcus just deals with a lot of salty skaters, so he’s got his own opinions.
Some truth though, when my knee was finally borked, the plank got passed down to the Boy, and his BMX became mine until I could finally get the Bike I never could afford as a kid. Made me wish I had started on a BMX. But just too POOR, son.

The faster you go, the further back over the seat and towards the tire as well as low you should be positioned. And remember to lock your arms as if you were trying to manual. Try looking down at your stem to keep things straight. I got a clutch v2 freecoaster a month and a half ago and now half cabs are easier than ever. Most will say coasters aren't the way to go, but they work for me.

Low key secret as someone who shreds both. Bikers are generally a lot nicer to security and treat them with more respect plus everyone seems to be able to relate to a bike more which is a double edged sword for bmx. Get treated better by security less mind boggling to the public till you do dead man level Shit.
