I love 70's Ramones. Leave Home, Ramones, Road to Ruin, Rocket to Russia... all great albums, but the classic songs from the 80's and 90's evoke much different emotions. Songs like I Believe in Miracles, The KKK, Love Kills, Pet Sematary, and Bonzo Goes to Bitburg are just unique. Point is... from the first to last album, I LOVE THE RAMONES!!!!

I have loved this song for at least thirteen years now, but a few days ago I really took in the full magnitude of the lyrics and I began crying like a baby. I hope that Dee Dee Ramone is a trillionaire, adventurer, playboy, Adonis in the next life. I love 70's Ramones. Leave Home, Ramones, Road to Ruin, Rocket to Russia... all great albums, but the classic songs from the 80's and 90's evoke much different emotions. Songs like I Believe in Miracles, The KKK, Love Kills, Pet Sematary, and Bonzo Goes to Bitburg are just unique. Point is... from the first to last album, I LOVE THE RAMONES!!!!

Friend of mine took his life a year ago. This song reminds me of him. We both love the Ramones but his demons and struggles got the best of him in the end. Isn't it sad that soft good hearts are the ones that get and take the most abuse. RIP Jurie Du Toit
