Thank you for you comment. If you only need to change the switches, you can do this by making a small tool from a dental pick, i.e. the ones with a stainless steel probe. Form then end into a "right-angled" hook about 3/8" long, push the end down the gap between the steering wheel rubber and side of the switch, rotate the shaft and pull, the switch should just lift out. If you need to change the harness the at this moment I am unfamiliar. Hope this helps (I will make a video some day)
